I've been going to Dr. Johnson for about 6 years now and think he and his staff are the best in Frisco. He's caring, listens, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. He has his staff give a follow-up call to check on the progress of his patients. The staff calls every day until they are satisfied the patient is better. He is a great doctor.

Have been coming here over 3 yrs.have yet to meet Dr.johnson. (only know dr odu) Was having problems with my meds which was a hassle.i drove to Office with appt. Set, had even called to confirm I waited in car for over 1 1/2 hour. While waiting staff was coming out, cleaning, closed blinds asked about reason for hold up she then called another person, they had forgotten about me.this was surely my last visit after several other 2 other incidents.realized dont care yet just there as a number

Dr. Johnson and his staff are wonderful! He has been my son’s primary care doctor for several years. Getting the Covid vaccine is quick and easy; you don’t even have to get out of your car. The nurses there are so kind.

I have been going to Dr Johnson for nearly 15 years and he is a true care giver. He is wonderful explaining symptoms and what we need to do about it. If something is beyond his expertise he will refer you to an excellent specialist. Although his wait time may exceed sometimes he will take the time to concentrate on which makes it all worth it.
Would recommend Dr Johnson as a primary physician anytime and to anybody.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Johnson for 18 years. He takes care of my entire family, my co-workers, and lots of my neighbors. His office staff, like every business, changes from time to time and there can be some bumps in the road with new employees. But my favorite thing about this office is that they genuinely want to treat people well and are very responsive if you have the slightest problem. I utilize the patient portal for prescription refills and have never had problems with getting refills unless I was overdue for an appointment or my insurance didn’t want to cover a med. Otherwise its super easy. Dr. Johnson is such an amazing doctor and I hate to see him get a bad review because of his staff. Talk to them instead – it will make you feel a lot better than leaving a negative review!

Worst staff ever. Been going for about 3 years. Continues to get worse. In order to get a prescription refilled, it generally takes 5 calls to finally get them to respond to the pharmacy. When you call, they will tell they have already sent it in. After calling 3-4 times, they will then tell you the Dr.has not yet approved it. Very dishonest and or very disorganized. Either way- not a good way to take care of their patients.

Dr. Johnson is the best! He is so thorough and loves to teach patients! Dr. Odu and Diane are really great too. I’m also giving a 5* for the patient portal. It’s so easy to get refills, send messages to the medical assistants, and even request a call back to schedule an appointment. The tele-med is perfect for people who are always on the go.

The staff was very friendly! I got seen in a timely manner and the Dr.was informative and kind! Definitely recommend this office to anyone!
