BRZ was fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and fast getting the install. The crew was great and worked hard. The product was beautiful and great quality. Very happy with our Kitchen turn out!

While the quality of the quartz was excellent, the level of craftsmanship BRZ's installation team was sub-level.
The workers installed new countertops with a new sink, but installed the sink over the electrical box under the cabinet that operates the disposal and dishwasher. The owner justified the workers doing so and did not offer to rectify their blunder. They also tore a hole in a wall over the counter when removing old granite. This wouldn't have been the outcome if I looked differently.
Of course I'd be accused of not paying the $2400 balance. The person named Karen received an email including picture of cashiers check from my bank mailed to BRZ.

We had an amazing experience with BRZ Granite from the start! Karen was GREAT, she helped us find something that was in our budget and she was super patient with us, we wanted to make sure we got what we loved! Installation process was great and super professional! We will come back for sure for any future projects!

I saw a bad review that they had and it made me wonder whether or not to go with them. The price was a little above what I wanted to spend, but Jonathan guided me through a more budget friendly options. Apparently the stone that I wanted was from a local vendor, silestone.
They educated me about all the options and showed me a new calacatta stone that I LOVE!
Karen and hilson scheduled with me and had the project done within 5 days of the down payment! WHAT!
Other places had it more expensive and they were going to take longer.
I also hired the plumber they had, he did a great job.
Everything was done amazingly and I could not be happier.

I will be recommending brz to everyone!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish, but two things really blew this out of the water

1. Two day lead time from field measurement to install. After being quoted up to 5 week lead times from various other fabricators, we thought we’d be lucky to get our countertops in 1-2 weeks. We called for a field measure on Monday, measurement came on Tuesday, and countertops installed on Thursday! Awesome!

2. During install, the installers noticed that one of the slabs was not a perfect match to the adjacent slabs, and decided to take it back to the shop and replace it with a new one. It was not terribly off, but it wasn’t perfect, so they fixed it. And all completely of their own accord - we never said a word about it. I imagine a lot of people would just say it’s close enough and want to get the install over with, but these guys did the right thing. Big thank you to them!

Also, Jonathan and Karen were great to work with, and oh by the way, our countertops look fantastic. Thank you Brz team!

Some of the best natural stone selections I've ever seen, pricing is solid, and Karen was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend putting BRZ on your go-to list when shopping stone for your next project.

NOT RECOMENDED! I don't usually write reviews but I feel a need for letting everybody know what happened to us, so you have more datapoints to choose. Everything started off great, communication was amazing and since they were a small business, family owned company, we decided to go with them. And now a series of poor management events happened:
-Initially they came with a quote that seems pretty reasonable, until we choose the stone for our countertop, then they double the quote saying that the stone cost so much more than planned. We knew how much the 2 slabs of stone cost and believe me, they were making more than 10K our of it. Because everything was already planned with them we decided to go.
-In order to get us to sign the contract they said would include everything, installation, plumbing, electricity the contract. We signed and then, of course added $500 more for a simple cabinet adaptation in order to fit the sink. From there, they start asking for extra money at every single step of the process. Even said we didn't have electricity included neither plumping and it would cost us more. There was a lot of back and forth even though we have several messages and contract signed saying the opposite, which ended causing more delay and stress
-The day of the starting, our sink was delayed and we called to make sure we can go ahead and demolish without any sink to measure, Jonathan (the son of the owner) said yes, so we did give green light. Later on in the week, Hilson said we could do anything else without the sink and the project was delayed. Neither Jonathan, Hilson nor Karen showed up at our house during demo or installation. We called more than a 100 times and they didn't respond. We literally have nobody to speak while BRZ were at my house.
-They lied about everything: price, things included, timeline, showing up to supervise the work, etc.they just lied at every thing they said.
At the end, the work that was supposed to take 2 days, ended being finished one week after, and still I didn't have a functional kitchen, until we decided to talk with lawyers and let them knew about a legal process.

It was a total nightmare! Never ever hired them!
