Nurse Kelli M is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Especially to other providers offices. Hangs up on professionals, has poor attitude and it is not necessary. Also will not be returning as a patient and will not be recommending this location any longer. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Very frustrating
Does not take Covid or post Covid seriously. Severely lacking in staying up to date with the current pandemic
Was 10 minutes late for my appointment with a nurse practitioner was told they would have to reschedule. Sorry traffic was pretty bad getting there. How many times have people had to wait in the waiting rooms to finally get in to see them.
