Horrible experience, lack of communication from rep on issues, over promised and under delivered on almost every occasion. We were into playoffs before we got our final items (2months from promised delivery date!). Errors on sizing and colors, quality of material was terrible. Almost everything we received did not match their sizing charts, complaints left and right from parents who purchased from our team shop on everything running small.
We spent close to 3k with BSN with no action to even make it right or fix the situation. They could have easily thrown in some team hats or done something to hopefully compensate for their faults, but NOTHING, they could care less. Now I'm chasing around a credit that has been due back to me for over a month! Emails and phone calls take 3-4 days to even get a response. Still waiting on them. I wouldn't recommend this company at all

Ordered $1200 worth of shirts for our church and they took a month to get to us.after promising two weeks and me having to follow up constantly. Poor communication and then the shirts arrived and the quality was terrible. Reached back out and it was met with continued horrible customer service. They want us to pay for what the sales person acknowledged as a "misrepresentation. " I would stick with another company that has the integrity to live up to to what they say is a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee. " They do not live up to this "Guarantee" so don't be fooled as they have become a large greedy company. I have ordered shirts every year for 26 years and never ever experienced this kind of customer care. Seriously.this has been terrible.

Absolutely terrible! I bought a hoodie and a pair of socks and they charged me six times. I called 11 times, talked to someone ONCE, gave her all my info and was told I would hear back in no later than 2 hours. 74 hours later.nothing. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Good team work, works over time, always a head of time, congratulations to all the staff members for the good work they are doing.

Accepted order then 3 days later refused to ship to me. I asked if I could ship elsewhere and got the run around. Guess they don't like making money?

Orders 2 different types of hats. The first arrived roughly 5 days after delivery, but the second is yet to be delivered - over 5 weeks after I placed the order. The delivery time has been changed on 3 separate occasions and seems to be pushed back by another 2 weeks when I follow up with BSN. Updates have not been proactively provided. Frustrating.

For our corporate apparel we’ve tried a few companies over the years. But I’m happy that we found BSN Sports because they have proven to be superior in every way. Thank you BSN!
