This is one of the best indoor gun ranges you can go to. The rifle range has 10 or 12 lanes with targets going out to 100 yds. Perfect for sighting in your rifle without having to deal with the elements. You can also rapid fire! Staff is great and always knowledgeable about firearms.

Excelent service. Did not push a particuar gun they thought would be proper for a female shooter but offered suggestions and ideas.

The only reason for 1 star is no stars.stood there when finally helped NOT! Asked to be shown some 40 cal pistols the employees said you justgot to look their scattered about and theres more around the other side hmmm 2 grand to spend and u cant even show me your stock? So off i went to where my money will be appreciated, ill let my neighbors in woodforest know of my experience! #!

Extremely upset with this locations gunsmith named Andrew. I asked them to reassemble a gun for me, not only did they not entirely reassemble the gun but it was returned to me with a dent and scrape (obviously caused by a screwdriver). I called the location to see if he would be honest about the mistake (I get it, we’re humans. It happens) but the gunsmith denied having anything to do with it! I respect honest people and honest businesses and am very disappointed by this.

First time dad ever held a gun, the staff was very informative and helpful. I'm a local medic and enjoy going with other local first responders to shoot. Facility is clean and you can tell every one loves their job. First aid kit was near and stocked. They have a large inventory of both used and new guns. Would highly recommend for both new and old users!

I am a Instructor and I went in with family to train them here and i absolutely love the place. The staff were all nice and respectful as well as informative. I look forward to training more at this place.

Horrible customer service. I bought a $200 Benchmade knife from them with a lifetime warranty. Since it is an automatic opening knife it has to be returned by the selling dealer according to Benchmade/Oregon. When I tried to get them to send it in for a warranty claim, they said they no longer offer that service. Thanks! Great customer service! I will never spend money here again!

Stopped by this morning.walked up. Door was open. Step inside and got WE ARE NOT OPEN. Ok no problem said i would come back. And asked (showed pistol) about holster. And response was YOU NEED TO GO ONLINE.
Never even tried.well ill gladly spend my money on someone else's product not any of yours!

I didn’t want to leave a bad review after reading the other reviews, I am not sure why I received such bad service on the day I visited the store, maybe the short staff due to Covid 19. I stood around for 30 min with my brother who is regular there without so much as a hello, I will hafta give this place another shot, I went down the road to CC and was out of there with my new Firearm for a good price in less than 20min fast courteous and extremely professional. Only been in Texas for a year and I love the place.
