BTz was fantastic in helping me acquire some replacement woofers for Motif speakers. This was something I could not do as an individual and needed a supplier to assist. They did so without issue. It was a great customer experience.

We had BTZ come out a few years ago to help with our new TV's and our attic antenna. They were very helpful and figured out why we were NOT getting good reception. We purchased a roof antenna from them and have had no trouble since they came to our house.

They did a great job installing 2 ceiling speakers for my surround sound. Quick and clean and pretty knowledgeable about the speakers I was replacing and the new ones. Would use them again.

Myles was great to work with. He was very professional and I trusted him to do an excellent job. Unfortunately for us, we weren't able to move ahead with the project due to unforeseen personal and budgetary issues. I will definitely contact BTZ in the future when our circumstances change.

Great service on front end. Horrible on back end. After they install they are horrible service. They installed my TV and didn’t even see if it worked and all the features were functioning. Then they get annoyed when you call them asking for help because they didn’t do their job. Joke! Plus Myles verbally told me price, I paid on Venmo, and overcharged me. I got the invoice from the office and Myles over charged $172 and won’t give the money back. Finally they vacuumed the Carpet where they worked but all the dirt/ trash they brought in by front door they just left. I have used them for 8 years and have spent over $10k with them, and they are not welcome in my house ever again. I would definitely look elsewhere.
