Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Galveston TX

I asked to sit by a window.sat practically in the middle of restaurant. While dining the 2 window seats were filled even though they were empty when we were seated. Also I ordered 1 lb of shrimp. They were rubbery and over cooked.

We made reservations at 6pm, arrived and the staff was scrambling around trying to figure out what to do with us. We got our seat, and we do not get any service for 20 minutes. Another customer was mad too. We ended up leaving. They couldn't figure out what to do and didn't seem to care either.

The best part of the place for us was eating out by the water, it was amazing! We loved the atmosphere and all the fun decor. We were able to be seated outside without a wait which was great and had a very friendly and attentive waiter. We however did not enjoy the food itself. The burger wasn't great, and wasn't a fan of the hush puppies although the fries were okay. The seafood ordered wasn't seasoned well and was more fishy tasting then enjoyable.

So grateful they were open on Thanksgiving! Our food was delicious, the view was beautiful and our server, Lacy, was awesome!

Started off not so good.   We was not approached to have a seat or anything.   We had to find somebody to seat us, which they told us to follow the smiley faces up the stairs.   We stood up at the top of the stairs for at least 15 minutes, while they were trying to figure out how to wipe a booth off.   Paper towels were dirty.   Had the grilled salmon with bourbon sauce, and the food was pretty good.

Great service, food was not up to my expectation but the salad my brother had looked really good.

After walking the beach, down the strip, on pleasure pier, this was the place to eat. Food was great. All food taste was on point. Great size plates and variety. Not everyone in my family likes seafood. Steak was his choice. Waiter checked on us several times, thus everything was great.

First time here. We saw it last time we were in Galvastion. We made plans to stop this time. Glad we did. Everything was great. Food & service.

Stop here for a bite to eat while in Galveston the weekend of the 2021 Long Star Rally. No complaints here the food & customer service was good not to forget the view over looking the beach very relaxing

Great food and kind staff. They even tried to help us come up with stuff to do on our trip.

Great sea food American food.we ate in Galveston tx.but we as also saw one on cozumel Mexico.

One of the most enjoyable dining experiences for ONE main reason, Chef Jason is simply exceptional! My wife has dietary restrictions and the Jason took the time to come out and patiently discuss the possibilities, then he went back and created magic. We now literally plan our trips around his schedule. The restaurant, the vibe, and the menu are great. But the staff take it to a whole new level! A+

Our bartender was very friendly but it took another to allow us to bring out goblet home since we was visitors out of the area of Galveston beach.amazing food and Drinks for any day of week. Blessings

One of the best porches on the Gulf for the view. Food was delicious and service on point.

Overall had a good experience after the wait staff realized we had been sitting there 20 mineuts without a waitress.once they came by the rest was a wonderful experience. Great food the New Orleans style shrimp is amazing and the Lava flow drinks are very tasty.
