Bubba's Got Gas, San Marcos TX

We were with Bubba’s Got Gas for years. Their business deserves much worse than 1 star. After months and months of disputing, showing statements, and consistently pointing out those mistakes…. They continue to bill even though we discontinued their services. There were times they charged us for a fill/top off for just pulling in the driveway and leaving without any fill/top off. Our Ring cameras proved this. It’s a shame for a local company to be so crooked. Absolutely appalling.

I have used Bubba's for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say about everyone that works there. They have made major repairs on my tank and have been excellent to work with. I especially like that my tank has a sending unit that notifies them when it is low and they automatically come out and fill it. No more checking the tank or finding out that it is empty the hard way. Great company and great people.

We ran out of propane unexpectedly on a Friday evening and got in touch with Jesse from Bubba’s around 6pm. We weren’t currently customers and yet Jesse turned around and drove back to the shop and then drove another hour and a half to get to our home so we didn’t have to go all weekend without hot water and propane. That’s A+ customer service! We are so grateful for Jesse going above and beyond and are going to be permanent customers from here on out. We now have a monitor to alert if we ever get low again. Highly recommend!

I would give Bubba's Got Gas 10 stars if I could. They supply our restaurant in the hill country, and they are responsive, punctual, and professional. Once you get to meet Bubba and his staff, you will find that they are just great all around people as well. Glad that we are already doing business with them, and we look forward to doing more!

We just had a new tank installed yesterday. Outstanding service all the way through the process. The entire staff from the office to the field crews are prompt, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!

Bubba’s is the only gas provider I’ve ever used in San Marco. No need to try any other because they are a wonderful small business. Very personal, always responsive and reliable. Jessie is my usual deliverer and yesterday he lite my pilot in my free standing heater while he was here. I’m on a keep full schedule and love not having to worry about running out. I love small companies:)

We cannot thank Bubba’s Got Gas for bringing gas to us from San Marcos when we could not get delivery from our Dripping Springs Company during the freezing weather. We were scheduled for gas before the freeze but no one came as promised. We highly recommend this Company because they truly care about people and go out of their way to help them. Speaks well of the kind of Company they are.

New in town looking for propane before this cold snap. Called several companies, Bubba's was the friendliest and most helpful and came out within 2 hours to make sure my family was kept warm.

Amazing customer service and friendliness. Jesse was AWESOME! I was running low on my gas and nervous about the weather coming in. They came within the same day and filled my tank.

My tank was completely empty with the winter storm about to hit Austin. I was doubtful anyone would make it to my location with terrible road conditions and iced overpasses but Bubba’s came through with a professional friendly service. Turns out they placed me on their priority list, as a first time customer I was impressed!
