Bubble Bubble Tea House - Rockwall

Mmmm.my golden milk tea was excellent tonight! Been here several times NEVER disappointed! Great place and fast friendly service.

Rude cashier. The drink was ok. The boba tea at Healthy Bahn Mi in Rockwall is better and more authentic Besides that, getting a boba tea should be a fun thing, not a dystopian nightmare.

AMAZING bubble tea! I got a Taro with extra tapioca and was extremely impressed with the quality, taste and how quick they were. The covid situation was a bit odd but worked well.

Here’s the thing about Bubble Bubble - I’ve been going here for over six years at this point, originally at their Terrell location and once they (unfortunately) shut down, we made the 30 minute drive to continue going to their Rockwall location - and no matter where else I go, nothing seems to ever beat it. I live in Dallas now, and I’ve been to multiple tea houses or places that have similar menus - some chains, some local establishments - but none of them beat Bubble Bubble. I’ve never had a better milk tea, or fruit tea, or even smoothie for that matter. Everything they do here they excel at, and we still make an excuse to head over to Rockwall so we can stop here. The people here have always been great, the owners seem super hands-on and are always friendly, before the Pandemic the ambiance was always spot on and was a great place to meet friends either for a quick drink or for board games or even solitary studying/working. Not to even mention how well they’ve adapted to the Pandemic, which has been phenomenal.
It’s a double edged sword - we love this place, but nothing has come close to matching them at their game - so if we ever leave the area and can’t get to Bubble Bubble, we know we’ll have to settle for subpar drinks elsewhere. If you’re a local, make yourself a regular here, whether for the milk tea or smoothies or coffee - you won’t regret it.

This has been my favorite boba place to go to for years. The selection of drinks and bubble additions is huge and the staff is very friendly!

Their milk tea flavors are tasteful and sweet! This is the closest boba place from Forney and we love it! The cashiers are always friendly:) Thank you for the great service (and yummy drinks)!

Like the atmosphere, drinks are always great. Staff makes you feel welcomed. Recommend the black tea, passion fruit, mango tea unsweet.

I did not prefer the flavor of the first one and they readily let me get a different one which was delicious. The boba is the right amount of sweet and chewy!

Great tapioca and lots of delicious flavors to choose from. My favorite is the Chai Milk Tea. Their chai is better than most.

The only downside is that place has a higher concentration of pre-teens and teens than any other boba tea shop I've seen. Fine if you are one, less than ideal if you aren't.

I love this place. Great smoothies. Great atmosphere. Relax and play a boardgame or use wifi while slurping an awesome smoothie.

I drink a lot of bubble tea in Toronto, this place is up to par with some of the better places in the city.

I take my granddaughter here, she loves the old board games.we can play Life, connect 4, yahtzee and many more games also cartoons Tom and Jerry are always playing on the TV. Awesome place to connect with your love one!

Every time I'm in Rockwall, I take the opportunity to get a bubble tea here. They have unique flavors that I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm a big fan of their rose milk tea with tapioca and crystal boba, the hibiscus strawberry tea, pineapple green tea with strawberry jelly, the coffee milk tea with coffee jelly, and the yuzu drink. They are always busy, but they have the fastest service of any other bubble tea places I've been. Before I even sit down, they call my name.

Staff is not as welcoming as other bubble tea places. Considering this and town east mall (iheartboba) are the closest to me, dont suggest either. Flavors are bland. Awesome atmosphere reason why i gave a 3 star and not a 2, they have big tables and lots of games to play. Tons of add ins to choose from jellys, popping, and pearls. Prices are average a bit more compared to others.

I enjoyed my frozen caramel expresso. I did get some coffee flavor bobas, and, will never do that again. I don't get the point of those! But, the drink was great! It is small, but, it's a cute cozy place. The music was a bit loud, though. Other than that, I will visit again for sure!

They have overpriced drinks and the place is ridiculously small. When the place is busy, good luck not bumping into someone and looking like an idiot without spatial awareness. I always have to repeat my order two to three times. The restroom smells like they lit 20 candle inside, the smell is too overwhelming. Overall, bad experience.
