I typically only get gas here and have never had a problem until now.

Big and clean restrooms. Huge food, snack, and drinks selections. Love the variety in slurpy flavors. Store can be a little overwhelming for first timers and dangerous if you go hungry since you will want to buy everything.

From recommendation of others, tried their Pastrami Reuben sandwich. It’s made to order so will need to order at computer touch screen station. This is not a place I would think of to order this and also being delicious. How I was surprised. The sandwich comes with Pastrami, pepper Jack cheese, bacon, sauerkraut, mustard and French-fried onion crisps on a pretzel bun. The flavors and texture all balances together very well. Love the fried onion crunch and sauerkraut. It is a pretty hefty sandwich.

The fried apple pie or more like apple burrito was great way to finish off the meal on the go. There were actual apple pieces that were slightly tart and not too sweet with crispy outside lightly dusted with cinnamon on the outside. The size is a little smaller than normal, but just the right portion.

Normally Bucees is the bomb. Super disappointed with our last two trips. No foam cups, only one medium sized, NO LIDS. When you have kids this is a must. The only cups they had were coffee cups. So we decided to get bottled sodas.nope. Only 2 coolers for sections of sodas and ALL they had were Mountain Dew, Code Red, Orange Fanta, and coke zero cherry. Really disappointed today.

Why are you getting rid of made to order breakfast? Also got rid of your sausage sandwich.

Heard several disappointed people about the pre-made not the way they like it.

Only reason to come here now is cheap ice and ethanol gas.

Bought a half gallon of orange juice and they charged me 2 dollars for two small disposable cups. Just seems excessive.

Was accused of stealing by an employee named Kayla. Another cashier has rung us up with my sons’ dippin dots. She along with another cashier accused us of stealing dippin dots and coffee when we came back in to use the rest rooms. I had to show my credit card to prove I didn’t steal. I won’t be coming back. How unethical! I

Clean restrooms as usual, but not happy staff, maybe overworked. Even Ryan one of the manager, had no smile, seems stressed. So costumer experience = 0

The ghost pepper beef jerky used to be really good but now there is no spice and only a sugar sweet flavor. Very much like eating chewy jerky beef sugar. A huge disappointment and my last purchase of tree jerky.

I usually like everything Buc-ee’s. My kids even have a t-shirt. Ladies room is always clean. We took a day trip from Houston to Waco and I bought Chocolate Chip Cookies. They were not good at all. On the way back we stopped again at the same location. After getting my Candy Almonds I ask to speak to the manager- they sent me to the bakery manager then he sent me to the store manager. He told me not to get the cookies outside the ladies room to come to the bakery. My reply was “this is Buc-ee’s they should all be fresh”.
I am not a happy customer any more.

Buc-ees is a fun place to stop. Very clean and well maintained restrooms. Huge assortment of fun foods like jerkey, fudge, fountain drinks, coffee, candy, and more. Lots of gas pumps. More of a vacation destination than a giant sized convenience store. They pay their employees decently, with its pay scale prominently displayed throughout the store.

Road trip to go and see our family to Killeen, TX. Nice stop. We ordered 2 Fajita Tacos and was amazing. Thanks!

The quintessential Texas convenience store. My wife and I visit one every time we go on a trip and pass by.

They let RVs and box trucks come in but will nor let a bobtail in. People stop buy stuff from them if they don't expect truck drivers in there p as eking lot.i just stop to buy coffee and they run ar you like you stole something in the parking lot.

Great location off 290. Super convenient to get to on the way from a long drive. Store and restrooms are clean. Store selection is good, and lots of space for parking.

First pitstop of the road trip. Ordered some lunch sandwiches both very delicious. Cleanest restrooms from any other gas station. They have snack options for just about every type of diet. Great place to stop.

I'm not one to ever have written a review, but I feel it's necessary in this circumstance. I walked in with my 3 year old who was in q swimsuit today, and remember this buccees is in the middle of nowhere. My son needed to pee and had previously had an accident so swim trunks were the only thing he had to wear. As we walked into the store, Amanda, who was working the register told me he could not come in without a shirt. I told her how he just needed to use the restroom and she said sorry. I asked her what was I supposed to do? Just let him have an accident? And she said SURE! So instead of letting me just buy a shirt 5 more feet into the store, we were told not to come in.

I bought 8 bags of deer corn three of them were trash they had gotten wet and they still sold them

Today july 8 2021 my family and I stopped here and not only are the restrooms really clean but the coffee is so good and the staff is super friendly, but what made our stop worthwhile was the guys in charge of the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, everything was super fresh prepared right there in front of us and the ambiance and welcoming environment they had was so amazing! This will be the bucees we stop at after every summer vacation! Five stars!
