Convenience Store Buc-ee's reviews
19Didn't realise that this bucee location didn't have fresh almonds, brisket sandwiches, coffee creamers for days. Might as well be a shell station. This is not the bucee you are looking for.
This is not a real Buccees. We got fooled. It’s an old gas station with 8 pumps and tiny bathrooms with a Buccees sign. Shame on you Buccees. This is Texas.
This is NOT a Buc-ee's. The bacon & egg taco was bad, like I couldn't eat it bad. It just didn't taste good. The staff was not very friendly and simply an old gas station with the Buc-ee's logo slapped on it. Disappointed -
Just witnessed this morning a young worker handle an old lady tantrum very well. 5 stars for him. A waterhose accidently went off into the walkway, clearly an accident as he hurried to stop it. She got a lil mist along with another gentleman. He just laughed it off and continued on his merry way. Someone couldnt let it go & acted like water had never touched her before. Manager came out idk what he told him body language wasn't clear, hope he doesnt get talked to later in the day.
Huge store. Everything you expect from a convenience store and home decor, kitchen supplies and clothing. Don't expect to run in and out. Parking is a pain and there are always lines at the register. Hard to find a place at the gas pumps and only a fair price on gas
Smallest Buc-ee’s i’ve been to but found what i needed (sandwich, coffee, milk chocolate almonds)
LOVE Buc-ees! We always stop here when driving between Houston and Austin. This one is a little small relative to their other locations, but it’s still a good place to stop. I’ve never had a bad experience going here.
This is a small version of the Buc-ee's store. Has the main line items associated with it. No upper end sections. Still a good stop with clean bathrooms.
Worst Buc-ee's ever. Huge line for the bathroom, which only had three stalls and smelled awful. Hardly any Buc-ees products. May as well be at any highway gas station. Seriously disappointed, and so was everyone else waiting in the interminable line with me.
I love Bucees always a clean bathroom and usually extremely friendly staff. Not sure who the woman is but she's a older lady with blonde hair and bangs she's the rudest most unprofessional employee y'all have every time I go in there she's rude. Also heard other customers complain when walking out about her before. Sorry but her attitude just makes me not even want to stop.
They charged me 54 cents to put ice in my own cup and then they didn't even have water at the fountain drink station. I hope 54 cents was worth me never stopping at this store again.
Cold kolaches:/ come on. The place was crowded and the cashier was not very friendly. I've had way better experiences with Buc-ees near the Houston area. Very poor experience. Heating up my kolaches at home: (
Fantastic place on the way to Austin!
Love it when traveling to Keller Williams Austin national office. Keeps me happy
Place was clean, the store was well-stocked, the pumps were fully functional, and the staff was friendly. As gas stations go, it was a positive experience.
This is not your typical sized Buc-ee's. It it pretty small, however if you go in to buy something you can get what you need pretty quick even with long lines. Also, they still uphold super clean restrooms (slight wait) and pumps!
Worst experience evvvveerrrrr at Buccees. Be ashamed of yourself. Spend over 50 in fuel and snacks and ur going to charge me for two small creamers. I think nothope that gesture was worth me never shopping there again.in life
Won't be stopping here again. Don't play lottery much but no lottery tickets. On to any other gas station.
It's a great store, they need to open one off Ronald Reagan, 29 in Leander. Alot of new subdivision going up out that way.
Filled up empty tank and paid outside and I walked inside to fill up the Yeti tumbler with water. The lady told me they don't have water fountain & I would have to get ice + the hot water where from the coffee dispenser. Then she charged me $1.29 for 'refill'. I will get my gas at one of other gas station down the street next time.
