Poor service in the loading department. We waited and waited for someone to come out. Then a guy finally comes out and goes straight to the vehicle that pulled in after us to help them. My husband ended up having to open a pallet to get two bags of concrete out and loaded himself. We have shopped there ever since we moved here in 94. But now I see why most people choose to go out of town to Lowe's and Home Depot to shop for what they need. We have never been so upset with the service. We felt like our business was that important to.

This is a fairly pricey hardware store versus the big box stores.
They're friendly and generally have what you're looking for.

Mixed review here, but staff are always helpful. Will always use them because if find the rite person for the field of work. You are set up. These guys know what you're with and will make sure you are buying the proper materials

I bought one sheet of foam board and ask them to cut it in half, so it would fit inside my vehicle. "Nope but we'll loan you a knife", was their response. They will be a place of last resort for me. It's a lumber yard for Christ sake.

My time is money, they get in and out quickly! They always have what I looking for or get it delivered the next day

All rude and not helpful. We have to come here a lot due to the monopoly they have in Graham but we HATE and dread coming every time. All a bunch of snobs. They are in a bad mood every day and act like they hate life.

Very helpful all you have to do is ask their not rude a lot if times hard workers are mistaken for being rude their just busy that's all. I use them daily and would recommend them to anyone. Kenneth Brandes Graham Plumbing.
