Great selection. Prices are high but that's true for all shops in mall

Luciano was very helpful and found what we were looking for almost immediately.

So I walked into The Buckle and was just wandering around while the band kids wander the mall. The guy who always waits on me calls me by name and has laid out the newest styles of the brand I like, in my size and says, "I know you like the Havoc style and wear a 28x30 slim. They've updated the black, but I know you already have a couple of pair. These styles are also new and while I don't have them in the store I can order them for you. Just let me know if you decide on any of these or if you find something else that catches your eye. "

His name is Luciano and I'm just going to suggest that he could wind up ruling the world.

Drove from Roswell to go into this store and try on a pair of jeans that showed available in store. Walked into the store and was never greeted, but found the jeans on my own. Waited over 40 minutes to get a dressing room. I asked more than one person for help and was told that they’d be right with me to watch them go help people that were just walking in. I ended up putting the jeans back and never go the chance to try the on. I know with the holidays it’s busy, but every customer deserves to be helped.

Services sucked. Not a welcome or anything. We walked in they helped all the other customers if you feel my drift we like to come out of town because they have a good selection but never get help. We are good customers my husband always shops there but to get help they never help us. NEVER.so we do all our shopping online. It seems like all the good workers always leave. I really really hate there service at this store
