Hello! I want to congratulate Ms. Alicia Serrano for expressing her feelings here. Since not all of us have that courage.

The folks at Bachman Lake are very friendly and helpful. They've helped hundreds of families through their life coaching and financial classes. I've been there a handful of times and have always been made to feel welcomed.

I had an interview scheduled this month via Teams. I waited 30 minutes on Teams, and nobody showed up for the interview. No staff called me or emailed me to cancel.
This was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my time. I called the main number, and I left a message to let the interviewer know what happened. I received no decent apology and no effort to schedule another interview until weeks later. I have never experienced this by an employer. I do not have a good impression of this organization. I would never work for a company that thinks this type of business behavior is acceptable. I'm glad I found out how this place operates. If a person looking for a job did something like this to a potential employer, the employer would be unforgiving and judgmental. This works both ways.
I would stay away from this agency.
