Buckner Vision, Dallas TX

I have been going here for over 7 years and I have never had a problem. The main doctor is always nice and attentive.

DO NOT GO HERE I CAME ON MAY12 2020 and its June 18 and I still dont got my glasses horrible horrible horrible I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

Very nice place to go after work are school to get help if you accidentally break your glasses.

The whole process of my eye examination was awesome was in and out in approx 1hr. Receptionist are so sweet so is the doctor.love the fact that they offer same day service. I’m so happy I could finally see very clear

My wife and I love coming here every time we come here we’re in and out glasses be ready the following day.

The lady’s at the front counter always so helpful they helped me choose the correct size of frmes for my head and the right materials I needed for my lenses since I really have high astigmatism

I don’t know about y’all, but my experience here at Buckner vision “EXCELLENT” staff are very helpful, Ive been seeing Dr. Wilkes since I was a child. They have plenty of cute variety of glasses to choose from.

I love coming here the girls are so nice and friendly. Dr. Thompson has been my eye doctor since I was a kid

My experience @ Buckner vision I could say I felt very welcomed by the staff they treated me very well. I had a appointment at 10am with Dr. Thompson. Very good doctor! The ladys at the glasses side very friendly and helpful. I was able to find me some pretty and affordable Versace glasses yay me. I will so recommend all my friend and family members to come here.

Beware of this place, they will have you show up to your appointment just to tell you that they don't accept your insurance anymore, how inconvenient. They couldn't tell me that over the phone before my appointment, I drove all the way from Plano for them to do me like that. Been going to this place for years, and will not be going back.

Staff is so rude specially this girl NICOLE! Will never be going there again i'm going to make sure none of my friends go there and would spread the word horrible service from her. I called to ask a simple question. DONT GO THERE ARE BETTER PLACES THAT WOULD TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT

First time coming here and I have to say the lady’s on optical are so polite. They helped me out with my glasses. Will be coming back for sure.
