Wow where do I begin first off great customer service Cedric is amazing yeah Buddy's is waaaaayyyyyyy cheaper then rent a center and the furniture is all brand new and Cedric really really really really works with ur budget I can say u got a loyal customer in me and again thank you for everything and if yall did adds on TV omg yall would run rent a center out of business lol

I’m not even a customer with them anymore. I had returned all my rentals because they’re absolutely ridiculous about payments. I have been charged numerous times by Elizabeth. I have contacted my lawyer and they will be hearing from me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This is a place I would never recommend for anyone honestly. They’re just too annoying for no reason. Mostly because the employees don’t even communicate about accounts within the store. Rent a Center is much better! Less headache and they work with you better.

I’m not even a customer and my card has been charged 3 times without my permission and then have the audacity to be rude when I tell them to reverse it! Like really! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Jose is the worst at customer service and he will hang up in you, I’m not sure where he was trained but this is the wrong business for him. I’ve asked to speak with the district manager and I have yet to have him call me back. I was told his name was Tom Tucker? This business should be shut down and I hope they never make another red cent in that neighborhood! The WORST PLACE FOR FURNITURE! Even during this pandemic they won’t help.

I will never again do business here. Most of the staff is respectful and helpful but whomever Jose is, I was told he is the Account manager is rude and disrespectful. He will talk over you & hang up on you or place you on hold without coming back. The policy is messed up and doesn’t make sense at all. I’ve made my payments weekly on time and never had an issue. I called to inquire about my remaining balance and was completely disrespected. I make my final payment next week & I most definitely will not ever do business with them again.

They don't even deserve 1 star.ordered an appliance, Monica states its going to be this amount each month, we have to order the appliance in the mean time lets get you something you can use since its going to be 2-3 weeks before your actual item comes in.they give me the "loaner" item it shows up infested with roaches-really!? Didn't do anything about it.actual item comes in, lets get it delivered great. I am not going into all details because it would take too long and too much space.but their service is HORRIBLE, their so called account manager Derek or whoever he chooses to be each day is rude, won't let you talk thinks he can threaten and intimidate people, you can rest assured this isn't going to end here in a review- Buddy's on Ft. Hood St.lawsuit in near future Thanks!

Been renting from them for years. Had my ups and downs with them but what relationship doesn't have ups and downs. They need their money pay on time so you don't have to worry about late fees.make sure you read over the contracts and oh yeah. PAY ON TIME AND THERE WILL BE NO LATE FEES!

Had the best experience. We purchased a kids bunk bed, we were helped by Elie. He was very responsive to all our questions, gave us a great deal. We will be back to purchase our living room set next. I do recommend this location please ask for Elie for a great experience. Store was clean, customer service was fantastic, prices were the bomb. Thank you!

Service left a lot t be desired. Came on a Saturday and door was locked 30 minutes before closing listed on the door.
Went back on another day and the ages people acted as if they had better thing to do than to talk to me. I will be spending my money somewhere else

Had a great experience! We are a military family and our household goods were delayed due to a bad storm. We needed some furniture ASAP, and ended up getting two couches and a recliner from here. It went smoothly and quickly, and for military they offer six-month no interest. I believe we ordered on Super Bowl Sunday, maybe the day before. Our furniture arrived the very next business day, on Monday morning. Everyone working there was very polite. Would recommend.

I tried applying online to see what I need and what I can get through them and nobody called me back then I try to go there 30 minutes before they closed just to ask some questions and they had already locked their doors.i don’t see how a business can have a good reputation if their managers close their doors early.

Horible place to rent from I have a family issue going on and they come by after I tell them no one but my underage daughter is home to try and get there property back and now they are trying to get kpd involved never will I go or recommend them again if I could give them a negative review it would be a minus 5

I just started my contract with them 11/6/18. My delivery was supposed to be today 11/8/18. The scheduled delivery time was 12-4. I recieved a phone call around 330 starting they were packing up and getting ready to deliver. No one shows up or calls for 1 1/2 hours so I called the store to see what the delay was and when were they coming. I was told they were coming, they got lost, GPS wasn't working! It is now 5 and my children have to be picked up before six 25 mins away which I clearly told them already. They acted as if that was irrelevant they said they were coming so I just need to wait. So I let them know I have to go I will be back in 45 min. I waited an hour after scheduled delivery so it's only right that they wait 45 min so I can pick yo my children. They said ok. Oh the way back I called to let them know I was on the way and werk be home shortly. This was at 545. They said ok I'll let the delivery delivery know. In waiting and no one shows up or calls again. So I call back at 630 asking if they were coming. They said let them see and never called back. Boy only did I waste a whole 6 1/2 hours waiting on them I still didn't get me furniture and they didn't even have the courtesy to give me a rescheduled time. I feel like if your going to be this neglectful of your customers this early on with no communication how are you going to be come scheduled pay day. Keep this same energy. If a day is missed and payment is late will you still be this neglectful. We shall see!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only wish they had a bigger in store collection. However, you can order only. Good experience, would definitely recommend over Aaron's or Rent A Center

I spend HUNDREDS of dollars here EVERY MONTH, just to call them today to make a payment just to get put on hold for them to answer just too put me back on hold 8 different times, then the new guy answered my phone just to say "Jesus Christ" and put me back on hold. Then I got chewed out for saying something after 20 mins of on hold to get hung up on and then for the new guy to put my payment on an unauthorized card! Y'all definitely just lost my business

Great service. I have been dealing with them for about 8 months now paid a couple things off. Whenever I got into a bind they always had help me where they could. I love this place and have recommended plenty of people here and they have had the same experience.

This is the worst place to rent from DONT ever rent from these guys I bought a washer and dryer one year ago and they still looking for payments text and call your phone with threats about the cops these ppl are just horrible NEVER RENT HERE
