Worst company ever, called to complain on new manager because we were delivered furniture with bedbugs! Got a call from the District manager Steven Morales but he blamed me saying we already had the bedbugs in this new apartment I just moved into. Will take my business elsewhere since all they care about here is making money not making new customers.

Place is trash! Cant keep a manager or delivery drivers. Make sure to check the stuff for bed bugs!

This store has the worst customer service ever. I have been a customer with this company over 5 years and have paid several items off. However due to this pandemic I became sick and unable to work along with the other 3 family members who reside in my home. We all became positive for Covid. Well this cause me to get behind on payments a little bit. Still paying what I could mind me over 150.00 each month. The manager Rick who is very condescending advised me that he couldn’t help me on my payment and it was unfortunate. And he also stated that mabe I didn’t like the things he was telling me. This is no way to speak to customers regardless of the fact. I asked him for the district manager information and he gave me a voicemail number and no one has returned my call yet. I find it hard to believe there is no assistance offered due to this pandemic

Mike and Adriana are very nice and professional. The experience was very easy with getting my merchandise delivered and they are very affordable great place nice prices easy terms I would recommend this place.

I have been a customer of Buddy's for 4 years. There is no better or more professional group than Buddys. You walk in and feel welcome and like family. I have been through several rent to own stores and Buddy's is by far the best prices and fast delivery.

Great place to get furniture. I was in need and they got me approved and made a same day late delivery so I had beds to sleep on in my new place. Awesome costumer service aswell.

I’ve tried a few rental places before, but this was by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Awesome customer service and they get everything completed in a timely manner, super fast. Definitely would recommend!
