7Mr. Hector is the BEST HANDS DOWN! This is my 2nd time working with Buddy’s…I looked all over for furniture and no one had anything that I liked but I went back to Buddy’s and was granted everything I asked for. Mr. Hector made sure that he took care of every concern I had, even the delivery guys were very friendly and fast with setting up the furniture. I highly recommend Buddy’s to my Buddies all the time and tell them to ask for Mr. Hector and so far everyone has been pleased with their purchases including me. Buddy’s is #1

They are very unprofessional. On the day of my delivery the said that my apartments are not available to rent from them, and for a whole week no one thought it was important to inform me of the situation until I called to inquire about the delivery time!
If I could leave 0 stars I would HORRIBLE customer service, everything with my application was fine. The guy said all he had to do was check with my employer and everything would be good to go. After they verified with my employer, I received a call saying they are unable to help me due to the fact that I applied to many times online and it flagged as “fraud” although I only applied twice. Once in November and again in January. The guy was very rude and was constantly saying I was trying to steal from the company…. Greatly disappointed.
I ordered my furniture almost 2 weeks ago and has yet to hear back. I recently called them and the associate just checked the email when I voluntarily called myself, and said they will call my job for verification and my items will be delivered in the next 2 days. I called back again to verify now another associate is telling everything I ordered is out of stock. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Salesman was very awesome! Came in and picked out the living room set that I wanted in no time. Service was great
