Marissa and Rosa were so very pleasant and marissa was very kind and patient with me picking my furniture from the catalog online I’ve never had a problem there even way back when I bought furniture from them I rather go there than anywhere else workers are wonderful
They are rude as hell. Marissa wouldn’t accept a payment that my husband was trying to make and then when I called she wouldn’t let me speak kept talking over me. Manager idk his name but he is super rude yells at you curses you out and then hangs up the phone. Since my pay schedule has changed I called because I was confused and they just have an attitude instead of trying to help or get you to understand.when I was up to date John still tried to pick up my stuff. After paying what I owe I would NEVER go to that location to get anything!
Adam has excellent customer service and when we need help with our appliances he’s always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Totally give him a 5 star rating.

Great customer service is hard to come by. But not when it comes to Marissa. She was so nice and assisted me with questions I had about the financing. 5 stars and a high five!
