Had a great experience with Budget Blinds when needing some new window treatments for our new home. Joy, my design consultant came out and did a great job showing different textures and fabrics that were available for the type of window treatments I wanted. Even managed to get the order in on time for my move in. Britt and Jacob did a wonderful job installing the window treatments in a fast and efficient way. They explained everything when done and were courteous and professional. Can’t say enough good things about my budget blinds experience. Would highly recommend them.

I love the solar shades as well as the light filtering shades we purchased. We will definitely use them again for our other window needs.

My experience with Nicole as design consultant was excellent for 10 windows in 6 different areas of my home. Communication efficiency and expertise I can’t say enough good things. Plus I am outside of Austin so to get the help was great. Britt and Kenny made short order of the installation and provided great information on care of the different types of blinds and window treatments. I highly recommend. Great experience!

We are very happy with our blinds! Sloan and Britt installed room darkening blinds in the bedrooms and light filtering in the office and primary bathroom. They were very quiet when I told them my baby had just fallen asleep! Brooks was very helpful during the consultation. I’d work with this crew again!

Brooks with very thorough and thoughtful when sharing window treatment options, attentive to our aesthetic, lighting, and privacy desires. In addition to being a good listener, she was pleasant to chat with throughout the process and good with email exchange. Kenny and Britt were clearly knowledgeable about Lutron shade installation, how to make adjustments for construction flaws, and the programming of the motorized shades. They were responsive to questions, patient, and included us in the process when a few problems arose. We appreciate that Budget Blinds also manages the removal and hauling off of the old shades. There's a problem with a slightly noisy mechanism associated one of eleven shades. Within 24 hours we received a call from Mark about the follow-up to be done. We would definitely recommend Budgets Blinds of Austin & Hill Country to others.

Consultant Travis helped me decide which blinds would work well in my kitchen. He showed me many selections and was very professional. I really enjoyed working with him. A few weeks later the installer Mike put up the 5 blinds in 20 minutes. He was very neat and vaccumed any dust from the installment. I am so pleased with Budget Blinds product and service. I had 2 other quotes and Budget Blinds price was much lower. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.
