I’ve had my blinds at least 2 years. I love them and I’m VERY happy I went with the “plug in” option. Budget Blinds offered the best value (quality of work + quality of material + customer service) for the money. I’m very happy with my decision.

After being in the market for a few roller shades and blinds, I found out this is the company with the best quality blinds for the money. Maxine and her installation team exceeded my already high expectation. She provided a very honest advise and showed to my wife and I several alternatives and picked the best option for us. Their product is very good quality. We had some delays with some items but we understand it is beyond their control (Hunter Douglas product). I can now sleep better! And my house has beautiful roller shades. Maxine experience and knowledge always make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the whole process. Good product quality with affordable price is what I m looking for. Budget Blind offers it. Budget Blinds installed 10 shelters at my home. Only lesson learned is I should tell the installing person before they come to install that I want to use screw instead of nail because I may need to uninstall them when I remodel my home. I should tell them before they came.

They stayed in touch during the issues caused by the great Freeze in Texas earlier this year and made me feel comfortable. Finally got my blinds and they were installed perfectly and look beautiful.

Rene and the staff are really friendly and will work with you. I like that Rene made sure we didnt over spend because we wanted plantation blinds through out the house but advised it wasn't neccessary. That's nice customer service.

Budget Blinds is second to none! Doug (owner) came to our house to give us an estimate for plantation shutters. Very professional and warm. He gave us options but wasn’t fussy and didn’t play games. When there was a delay in shipment due to supply shortage, he emailed us an update. When the shutters came, they called and set up an appointment for installation. The two gentlemen who came were also very professional. They knew what to do and were in/out in no time. The shutters look great! We are very happy and pleased with their service and the quality of their product.
