Terrible Experience!

I made reservations for an economy car for a week. The total amount was deducted from my bank card. I took an Uber to this location for pickup. Once there an employee name "Eddie" assisted me. To begin with, he rudely asked for two forms of ID which i kindly provided.he preceded with a nasty tone informing me of a required credit check which i was totally unaware of. And when i question the reason, he responded in an extremely rude tone referring me to the website. Needless to say, he indicated that i did not pass the credit check which i didn't understand. When i ask "Eddie" to call customer services, he flat out refused, saying that i have to do it on my own time, Not on his. And when i asked him to cancel the reservation and credit my card back for the full amount, he said that there was nothing he could do. He went on to say that the refund wouldn't happen for several days and that there might be a $50 dollar cancellation fee. I called several times and when i finally got in touch with customer service i was told that it would take 3-4 business days before the refund. This was Friday and i needed a car for the weekend, but because my money was tied up for the next 3-4 days i couldn't go to a different car company.
