AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I needed to rent a car to drive to a funeral in Oklahoma, and this was the only place in my area that had any cars to rent on short notice (3 days). I reserved the car online and my mother paid for it since I do not use credit cards. When I went to pick up the car, they wanted to see the card that was used for the reservation, which I did not have since my mother was already in Oklahoma. I got the card number from my mother and they accepted it.

Then they needed a card for a $250 deposit. They needed a physical card so I gave them my debit card. My account had MUCH more money in it than they required, but they declined it with no explanation.

At this point they just wanted to give me a phone number to call for a refund of the rental and get me out of their store. I did not need a refund, I needed a CAR! They did not care about my problem, they did not even
TRY to find any solutions. They did not even care that they were turning away business!

I told them to stop and wait. I had to have my wife come in who DOES have a credit card that we only use for emergencies. So they canceled my reservation and reworked it with HER as the driver. She wasn't even going on the TRIP!

Eventually they let me have the car, and the car itself was great. But the ladies at the rental office were rude and uncaring, and have ZERO concept of customer service. It was such a negative experience that, no, I will NEVER use their services again, and no, I would NEVER recommend them for anyone else.

Rudest Employees EVER! Have dealt with them multiple times and they are always rude and aggressive verbally towards customers!

Worst customer service I have ever received. If you make the decision to walk into this place be prepared to receive horrible customer service. There is a short haired blonde lady working the front desk. She will immediately begin to act like you are a chore. You can tell she is not happy to be there. The staff at this location are robots and can not think outside of the box. I should have canceled the rental then but I had places to be. I took the vehicle and upon inspection it was dirty. I took cleaning wipes and wiped the inside of the vehicle down. The wipes were solid black after the wipe down. Absolutely disgusting. On the wipe down I found used pony tail holders and napkins. I then got on my way. Upon my return I was running behind 8 minutes. I called to notify the company. They did not answer so it went through to the cooperate location. They informed me there was no drop box for the keys, to leave the vehicle in the parking lot, and I would not be charged. Fast forward a few days later. I was charged. Now I am on the phone again with this company fixing the issue. AVOID THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else. I would walk rather than go here again. I do not usually write reviews but did not want another paying customer to feel the disrespect I have.

Rude and Unaccommodating
The car was great, the price was right, the rental process was a nightmare. The employees care nothing about their customers. I think they would actually prefer that you went somewhere else.

Paula and Tina were both just amazing and accommodating to me. As an over the road truck driver, I do a lot of car rentals, 10yrs with Enterprise. This is my first time with anyone else and they have gained a lifelong customer.

Had an emergency causing me to possibly be late picking up a rental car so I called the office. No answer, transferred to a hold line where I waited. Meanwhile I arrived at the office TWO MINUTES late, still on hold. The short blond lady working there refused me at first until I begged her for several minutes to rent me the car. She then proceeded to lecture me while running the paperwork, repeating her lecture in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When I pointed out that I tried to call she claimed I called after hours. I then showed her the timestamp in my phone showing the call started 10 minutes before closing. She then changed her reasoning to being 'too busy to answer the phone' which seemed false since the office was empty and locked up when I arrived. The next day my brother in law had an entirely different but very rude and unprofessional experience with the same individual. I would recommend finding a different rental place if possible since this employee tends to add unnecessary stress to already stressful situations with people.

I placed my reservation through Expedia and because I’m not 25 (I’m 24) they told me 2 days before my reservation that I can not pick up due to not being 25. So I ordered another reservation with my mothers name because she is coming with us and she can put it under her name (which they couldn’t do for me over the phone) and then they called me back and said they don’t have the car available when there were two cars available via Expedia. Worse experience with a car company EVER, I’ve ordered cars before being the age I am and the worse case scenario is I have to pay an under age fee but this is ridiculous. I feel as if they denied me only because they know I tried to make a new reservation under someone else’s name. Two days before the day I’m suppose to leave and I made this reservation way in advance.

Had ten cars available online. Booked through website. Showed up on time, and was told they had zero cars available. Was told there were actually only six cars at facility, but they were “waiting for service” at service station where they can only take one car at a time. So the other 5 in the lot have to wait for the one in service. Ridiculous.
The guy behind the counter was professional and polite (not much he could do). But I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Don’t reserve online and drive all the way there- they probably won’t have your car available.

Prepaid reservation, Instead ok taking care of the customer, Bryce calls and says “we don’t have the vehicle you reserved call the 800 number” sorry for the inconvenience canned response
Why don’t you call other locations make sure you can find the vehicle that had been paid for and make it available for the customer? Must be difficult to follow through and do some customer service work
