Received bill back, quoted COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RATES ONLINE. Charged us $830 MORE for an extra day we never had the truck for- terrible service and lies about prices & insurance.

Wonderful, wonderful people at this Budget/Avis- so delighted that we were able to get this rental in time and they were super helpful and stayed late to make sure we were able to get it.

Shout out to Budget Rental at 617 East Dallas in Grapevine! They saved the day! Thank you thank you thank you for helping and getting us back on the road! We all are so grateful for your fast and courteous service.

Jordan was amazing provided great recommendations for our stay and no issues with our car quick and easy pick up and drop off

Let me first say that this location is in GRAPEVINE, TX and is not the DFW airport location. Living here locally I do not choose to pickup rentals at DFW airport, is a major hassle. However, this Budget rental place gave great service all around and was easy to get to. Most importantly because we had an emergency, they were the only place out of half a dozen others I tried that gave me a car within 2 hours of booking. They got me in and out on pick up and return very quickly too. They were friendly and even have pleasing aesthetic foliage to admire at the counter. Somehow I even ended up with an upgraded vehicle for an awesome price. Could be that was the current inventory aside from what I booked online, but I wasn't complaining. Very good place to go and I will call them first next time I am in need of a rental.

Katie and Jordan are the absolute best at what they do! Always going the extra mile for their customers and providing the best customer service! Thanks so much for all that you do.

I recommend this place to everyone! The customer service is excellent! The vehicle that I got was in great condition my daughter loved it! From 3 days we kept it for a week! Family owned business, owner is heaven sent for helping me get my vehicle!

Worst customer service ever. Wife ordered mini van. Gave me SUV. No vans. Told me to return to get clean van. Got there van wasn’t clean. Workers got upset because I said they misled us. Also mad after I said it was a Seinfeld episode. Could take a reservation but doesn’t know how to keep a reservation.

I showed up an hour early to pick up my reserved cargo van. I had to wait that whole hour because they were still cleaning and prepping the van for me, so I wound up getting it at the time I had reserved it for and still I was thanked for my patience! Montana was very kind and helpful for me and was thorough in his explanations. Even had a lot of lively green plants around the office. I would rent from here again.

I booked a rental at the airport. 45 minutes later, with a confirmed reservation, I was told no cars available and some people had been stuck there for hours. The front desk was extremely rude. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get an Uber because I was out of time. Do not use this location.

The guy that runs the front counter was a wonderful help, he helped more than he knows. Very helpful and gave me some advice that saved me time n money and is gonna save me hundreds in the future.

Jordan was amazing! I had a very unique circumstance when returning a vehicle and he showed genuine care, something we don't see much of these days. Thank you Jordan, for your empathy and for your professionalism when my friend was unable to return his rental. I appreciate you.

The guy that helped us out was very polite. He made sure we understood what we was getting and answered any questions we had. It was a easy, fast process. Definitely coming back!

This place is absolutely awful! The vehicle they tried to give me was disgusting on the inside and had not been cleaned well. They offer no place for you to park your vehicle and had no options for me to park anywhere. I asked if they could follow me to the local Walmart and I could park my vehicle there and they said no they don't offer any service like that even though it's a 1/2 a mile away. There were 2 other customers in there that had issues with their vehicles and they basically told them to call the corporate office to get another vehicle lined up. I ended up canceling my reservation and she told me it would be 6 to 10 business days before I'd get my money back! Horrible customer service!

I just walked in and the guy was extremely nice and said to came me back in 3 hours And he set me up. My sister and I came back 30 too early and he was still waiting. But he told us to make ourself comfy whole waited and showed us where they had crash cupcakes and cold water bottles and right after thaty car was ready and it very quick see ice VERY NICE people and even calling to extend the rental for another week tool less than 4 mins. It was the best service I ve had renting a car

Do not rent here. Son and mom run store. Son said to keep Sunday since they were closed. Bring back Monday. Get charged for the 2nd day. I was called a liar.

THIS location, specifically, will be the only place i will ever rent a vehicle (for travel, for moving - yes they have moving trucks too!). They score a 100 pts per star - that's how awesome this family-owned/run business is. A day in the life observing this family at work offers more insight to customer service and product care than any 'CSR/Management' seminar - bottomline - 'how can we help/serve? ' and they delivered from the first second. Jordan and Katy (?), provided better service and vehicle provisions than any 'promotional stunt' offered by other facilities/branches. Support GRAPEVINE, Support this 'hidden jewel' just off Main Street, tucked back just off Dallas Rd. (I was a random walk-in and needed a vehicle for a trip to Houston. Now looking for an excuse to give them more business - They're that good!)

I MISSED MY TRIP! I wish I could give ZERO stars. Terrible customer service and misinformation. The gentleman there was polite and warm, however, the lady there talks to everyone in a very condescending tone. And unhelpful. And have wrong information.
