1 “We don’t have the car you reserved and that’s YOUR problem”
This basically summed up my experience here. We reserved a large SUV a month ahead and on the day of pickup we were told by the lady there that she doesn’t have a car for us and that’s it. No “I apologize for this mishap” no “I’ll look into options for you” only “we don’t have anything for you”
I asked what our options are and we were told to contact their other places, that WE were the ones who needed to call their other sites and ask them for their car inventory. Like excuse me what? Shouldn’t they be the one to contact them for us? We were not given any help and when we asked for it we basically were told that we were the one’s who needed to handle it and that it’s not their problem.
Finally the lady decided to contact her manager and the option that was given to us was to go to the airport for a 50% chance that they have a car available. They couldn’t even give us a confirmation that they have a car available. In the end we decided to go to the airport and after 2 hours of being told to wait they finally have a car available.
Do not recommend this place at all. I get that other places are also a terrible experience but I’d rather go to any other place than this. Absolutely terrible customer service.
