Kayla at the budget on bryant Irvin in fort worth tx called to inform me that the call center booked my reservation with them but they j have no cars available, mind you they did this because I have reservations & the place don't have cars either so this had me so frustrated but the way she stayed calm and listened to me with a resolution was worth it, it is hard to find customer service reps as professional & all about coming up with resolutions instead of excuses & leave you with it ain't nothing they can do, I just want her to know I was a little sad today and after speaking with her that seem caring and showed that I mattered is a fresh of breath air, thank you so much, I will come back & recommend everybody to budget on bryant irvinshe turned a negative 1 star to a 5+ with positive recommendations to others

Kayla was friendly and explained the process. She explained everything I needed to know about the car I rented. Service was excellent.

Budget Car Rental staff was courteous and efficient. This is the second Fort Worth location I have used, since my home is in Missouri City, Texas. The staff at both of these locations went over and above the call of duty to assure my experience was a pleasant one. As compared to the Budget in my hometown who seemed to not care of the service provided.

Highly recommend this location, specially customer service provided by Kandice’ amazing person, super satisfied, will be renting again & again!

Watch those fees! It's the little things! Paid $16.00 listed as "Frequent Traveler Program". Was charged the fee to add my American Airlines Advantage number that earned me $7.50! Something about this small fee just killed me. Buried in a reservation that cost over 3K for two weeks!
Do not EVER bother to resolve ANYTHING by "chat. " unless you feel in the mood for a major dose of humor. Although frustrating at best.with no resolution after 20 minutes (simply gave a number to call). Will go back to Enterprise for sure!

This place is unprofessional. They took my reservation and sent all the cars to the airport leaving me with no car and my refund is pending 3-5 days but they did try and help me out by letting me know I can pay for a more expensive car in place of the one they took. I remember why I don’t book through budget.

After booking and paying for car on phone with Budget (not a third party) I Uber’d to location. Employee said sorry we don’t have car. I asked why they took my money and reservation- kinda the point of a reservation and she just kept repeating herself- that they have no car. So after spending $30 on Uber- wasting an hour, and calling next morning, I’m getting refund bc apparently booking and paying doesn’t mean there’s a car available even tho you choose car based on availability. Super frustrating experience!

This particular location I had a better service mostly the rep by the name Candy did her best to get us what we wanted overall it’s a good place to get a rental

The first vehicle I was put in had an internal issue, the second vehicle had a different issue, the third said it required maintenance the forth car I did end up driving away in lest that 10 miles from dfw Airport low tire pressure light came on. All four tires were sitting at 20-10 pounds of air. Should have been at 33 pounds. Also was not a full tank of gas and had written on back window impact. It was a filthy car. At that point, I had been there for three hours while the one young man was doing his best to help all the customers by himself. I just wanted to go home. It was not a pleasant experience. Do better budget. That two stars is for the young man who was running around alone.

Deneisha and Kayla are wonderful young ladies. They both greeted me with bright smiles. They were super helpful and made my experience great. Kudos to you both.

Highly recommend this location Joel and Kandie provided great customer service. I went to one location and they didn't have a vehicle I came here and they took really good care of me.

Excellent service! Needed to swap out a Full-size vehicle for a Mid-size vehicle (original request) and this fabulous duo made it happen. Their customer service and professionalism shined through during the entire process. They made sure this new car was ready for my trip!

Customer service reps (Kandice and Kayla) at this location so kind and helpful. Listened to them provide options to a customer who was running into us issues renting Vs just saying “sorry”! And they answered all my questions! Shout out to 2 amazing Customer Service Women at Avis/Budget!

Excellent customer service all three times I have been here. I returned my rental from the weekend and Danisha remembered me from the last time. It warmed my heart to know she pays attention to the customer.
