I worked here.its more like a 1 star if that.discusting, bed bugs, roaches absolutely the worst

It's not a hotel it's a halfway house.and the.workers there are rude and very disrespectful

If I could rate -0 stars, I would. One management women got in my mother's face n blamed us for a broken faucet when literally the only way to turn the shower on was to hold the wall back then pull the knob as hard as you can. In the process of trying my hardest to turn it on, it popped off. I dnt think they should have taken all our deposit for an issue that was already there.then the women lied about being the owner when I myself heard her say she had a boss. DOBNOT WASTE YOUR TIME N MONRY HERE.

Rooms left a lot to be desired. The front desk was not attentive. The location was right on the highway

Absolute garbage.they (especially the extremely rude management) will find a way to steal either your money or your property. Very nasty room with oily film on the windows. Don't forget to buy food for the staff because they are apparently starving living in such squaller

The People are Very Nice & Friendly. They protect your privacy, keeps your room clean. They have security cameras everywhere, & Security Guard on the premises. The fix any problems that comes up. I Will Definitely Stay here, Again

Just moved in last week and have had a couple maintenance issues that have been addressed by the staff same day. All the employees that I have interacted with are professional and courteous. Older property under renovation so I take the good value over the inconvenience.

Someone requested a false wellness check, and somehow convinced the front desk personnel to come banging on the door, acting as if someone was literally dead. The whole thing was during an argument over text messages, and the perpetrator threatened to involve security if we did not talk to him. We were stalked, harassed, humiliated, treated as criminals, and were bombarded with false accusations and the office personnel was yelling at us, the victims! This person made something up to the office, and they bought it. This person was parked outside watching us for 2 hours, and demanded that we come talk to him for 5 minutes and he will leave us alone. We told the office multiple times that this was not our guest, and that he was harassing us. Still looking for a legal way yo go about this.

I thought the price was a bit high? The temperature of the room was well satisfactory, I may have adjusted the room temperature twice during my stay. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 stars out of 5 stars!

I just dropped off a package. But the location is in terrible disrepair and reeks of cigarette smoke on the floors. Staff was very friendly

Walked in, staff and customers were roaming about with no masks. The janitor told me to keep my mask on when I mentioned it so I walked right out the door.

Raising the price to 55 n 65 is a big joke cockroachs everywhere and especially those black raid baits everywhere, so if u see, just take a look behind the headboard and see, they should change that sign

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There were bugs in my room trash all over the walkways plus it did not meet basic sanitation requirements. Summary: It sucked!
