Buena Villa, Houston TX

For the last week and a half I’ve been put in a maintenance request and nothing has been done about my apartment flooding from the bathroom all the way to my living room plus I’ve been in an out of AC since last Friday so that still hasn’t been fixed and it’s 90° in my apartment. I almost feel like nobody cares.

Those apartments are the worst, there is a plague of cockroaches and mice.they are disgusting and they do not maintain them.they are old apartments, I lived there for 2 years and it is horrible, they never fix anything

I recently moved into these apartments and I have lost count of how many times the office has had to be notified that the AC stops working. Besides, the bathroom ceiling is leaking and full of fungus, which they say they are also coming to fix but it remains the same.

I live in an apartment in this place.
I've been calling for more than 3 months to have my air conditioner fixed and they don't want to fix anything, I spend the whole summer with fans.lousy service

The people in the office are extremely non-compliant, I applied for an apartment and they told me that they would deliver it to me for one day and one hour, the day before they told me that it will not be ready and that now they will give me another one, they failed to comply with the delivery time and they do not do their part to help the customer, lousy service I really do not recommend it, save yourself the headaches because it is the worst thing that can be in this area

Always raw sewage leaking toward the back ay the 1st gate entrance. Not enough parking. Roaches. Patios that are have ways done. Maintenance is slow to none at all when a problem is reported.

This apartment does not rest on any quiet day, the people downstairs every day the people are drunk with loud music they do not let you sleep all the things are old and when you go to the office that woman is very angry but they fixed me The things were not at all during the time I was there the photos that are published are from I don't know what year all the things are old garbage everywhere they steal from you it is the worst side I have ever experienced I would ever return

Came in to get information & Lily was very helpful she answered all questions & Informed me of the new management and all the work in progress changes. Will definitely be applying today

I highly recommend this apartment complex! If you're looking for an apartment I highly recommend that you ask and speak to Lily! She is sweet funny and she get straight to the point and she explain everything in detail without any BS!
