Nice place for handmade plant based soaps and body care. I get custom scented laundry detergent here! They have weekly sales on the weekends and on Tuesdays, can follow on social media or sign up for text alerts.

Today was my first time in Buff City Soap. I must say, I was very impressed in the beauty of the store & the knowledge of the associate who was assisting me (I completely forgot to get his name) I only purchased minis to try the products out. Needless to say, I will definitely be back to purchase more products soon. Love Love Love this store.

Clean inside, hard to distinguish individual soap scents but I can't imagine a solution in a literal soap store

This store is awesome and affordable. I walked in knowing nothing about soap and walked out knowing too much about soap: staff is welcoming and SUPER knowledgeable about the products. I think they know more Mr. Clean himself. Definitely will go back.

The bath bomb we purchased completely burned my child’s eyes in the bath tub. Screaming, crying, eyes red and could barely open eyes. Hadn’t had this experience from any bath bombs previously used by other manufacturers. When I addressed it with management all I got was an “I’m sorry for your experience”.
Given that we purchased initially due the marketing stating “natural” and we were under the impression that this was a safe and natural product, to have this type of reaction seems like there are some potentially hidden chemicals in the bath bombs or the dye/ colorants/ fragrances being used.
I feel like Managment could have done more on their end to rectify the situation being that there was what I classify as an “injury” that occurred due to their product. Either way we will not be sourcing any bath products from this store moving forward.

I wish I could make a better review, but the quality of product and customer service has been terrible lately. I’m not sure what the difference is, but I can definitely tell a difference.

I absolutely love this place and have nothing bad to say about it. What solidified my love for this place is the customer service I recently moved to California and was having withdrawals so I ordered online when they were having one of their sales. I got all of my items except for one. I then emailed the company and within 15 minutes had a response and a confirmation that the missing item was going to be sent to me. 10 out of 10 recommend this place. All around such a good company and they have such great products

I really like the shop and all the options that they have! **BUYER BEWARE! ** all of the body products that I’ve seen there have rapeseed oil, rapeseed oil is canola oil! It is not safe for most skin types! In the soap it’s fine but in the body products it can burn! Make sure you’re not allergic to first I learned the hard way!

Simple ingredients in all their products. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and can help customize nearly any product with the fragrance options- just ask.

The store design is just beautiful.

I'm super- sensitive to smells, and was not affected by the subtle, natural scent options throughout the store.

This store is amazing! Their products are gorgeous and the staff is beyond helpful! Angelica has greeted me each time I’ve been in. She went to great lengths to explain the products and share special promotions. I might have been overwhelmed without her insight! The other staff is wonderful too! I just rushed in for (another) birthday gift and RJ customized some bath truffles and was a wonderful help! I’ll be back again very (very) soon!

I used to be an avid Lush customer that is until I visited Buff City Soap at the Vineyard. Their customer service and friendly attitudes are what won me over! I will definitely be coming here from now on. The Lavender soap is my new fav!

So happy I stopped by this store it is beyond amazing! Went in because it was recommended to me to buy their laundry soap, and omg I walked out so happy with my purchases. I live in Austin so I will follow up at that store. But Mike was excellent and super friendly and helpful when it came down to explaining how everything works and how they customize everything for you! Totally recommend stopping by

I love this place! I need to go back soon and buy more soaps, but during normal shopping hours and not right before the store is going to close. I can't remember the associates name, but they walked me around and recommended their favorite scents and went into good detail about how to use certain products and care for the soap accessories. I'd really like to try their soap making parties eventually.

I had to drop in and say that this place exceeded my expectations when I first stopped by for their opening in SA

I wanted to have a appreciation party for 8 of my co workers and they were all so happy with their products and now devoted to buff city!
Everyone was so accommodating even when I added more people to our fun! They do have a max limit for parties but assured me there was absolutely no problem adding two more! I was very pleased with the ambiance and overall vibe, I will be returning for more parties!?

I’ve started going to buff city soap religiously now cause of their amazing smelling soaps, but not only that…they have the best service every time I’ve gone no matter the time of day!
It’s only fair I write this review cause I’ve been meaning to get to it, but BUSY BUSY:/

They have everything, from detergent to mosquito repellent (MY FAV-citronella)! I recommend their shower oil and obviously soap bars! But I get a little too carried away with my soap purchasing haha, as you can see!
