Buffalo Run reviews
12 3 stars…
Honestly, it was okay… the wings were really good!
But I’m very disappointed about the bread pudding dessert. Instead it looks like you’re eating a cinnamon rolls. The bread is dry, it has cinnamon of course, with vanilla ice cream on top but it definitely does NOT look like a bread pudding… well it is NOT a bread pudding to ME…
But other than that, it was okay. But not definitely going back to that place.
Loved it.will be going back and looking forward to the crawfish and trivia games and drink specials
Great place for live music! I thought the Mac n cheese was good and my husband loved the buffalo wings! We will be back!
Took the kids here and as usual had a good time. Great service and great food. Will be back again! Leah was great! Great atmosphere and music!
Worst service ever. We had a table of 14 sit outside and we waited 20 minutes and still no service. We even went inside and asked for someone to come out to help us and they ended up serving somebody that walked up after us. We have been coming to this place for the last couple years. The food is good but the service has really gone down hill. Hopefully it will change.
Tried to eat at this place tonight and no one was at the host station. It said wait to be seated. We waited over 5 min without anyone even acknowledging us. Several people in Buffalo Run shirts walked by no one would look or talk to us. Not impressed.
Waited 10 minutes after the hostess sat us before we decided to just leave. Nobody greeted us. Last couple minutes before my friend and I decided to try someplace else, there were 2 servers by the host stand talking with her. Not the first time this has happened. It’s unfortunate because the food there is delicious.
Do not order the Mac and cheese, it has no flavor. My daughter gave it back and I was still charged for it, was told she ate most of it (4 bites). The crawfish was tasty, but the question was watery. Our first time was our last.
Horrible customer service. The lady told me that I could sit down outside and she would have someone come to me. 20 minutes later, I still haven’t been served. I was literally making eye contact with the waitress as she would come outside, serve others, look at me, and go back in. Then when I asked to speak to the manager, he said that his name is “Luke”, he made excuses for their poor customer service. Do better.
Food for the most part, is good. I personally go there for the crayfish. Service is hit and miss depending on who is working the bar.
This is my neighborhood sports bar. My son is special needs and going places can be hard for him. The Buffalo run crew is nothing but accommodating every single time and he really enjoys being there. All of the employees are amazing with him and my friends. Being that my son’s godmother was in town I wanted them to have a good time with us and Buffalo run did not disappoint our group. Simon is always amazing and my son loves Leah. This is a great place to bring families and a great place to have a drink on a kid free night late night. Love my neighborhood bar.
We waited an hour and a half for a table only to find out the hostess never wrote our name down. We were there to watch a friend's band play or we would never have waited that long. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of things as best she could considering how busy and packed it was. Aside from the mishap with getting a table we enjoyed the band and had a great time. The food was ok and the beer was cold.
