Its been 2 years since we stopped in. Nothing has changed service was very slow and it wasn't busy. The young lady that delivered our food was rude. The manager apologized however it doesn't make a difference it will be a while before we go back. On a positive note the food was hot and fresh. But not worth the 30 minute wait time.

So I have to change my review because the last few time we been to Buffalo wild wind in killeen the food has been cold. I had to send food back today to get it hot and even the replacement was cold. I didn't say anything because the server is horrible. At the time weighting this our server 10 minutes ago told my wife he was getting a refill and still nothing (yes I'm still in the store that's how horrible the service is right now) very disappointed in the stands being help right now. AND on top of everything forgot to check in with the app so tried to claim the points with the receipt. ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED YO CLAIM IN THE APP DOES NOT PRINT ON GHE RECEIPT.

Called in an order at 1530 to pick up at 1820 because the online ordering system was not working - like always! First person answered and asked what we needed, we said place a order for pick up - she put us on hold. Then a guy picks up the phone and asks what our name is and then puts us back on hold. Then another guy picks up the phone and finally gets our order and we say we plan on picking up at 1820 and he says no problem and hangs up - very abrupt. Fast forward to 1820 when we show up and they “can’t find any record of the order. ” Then a few minutes later they say “how the order got flagged because we are out of boneless wings, but everything else is ready. ” We ordered almost 3 hours in advance, how are they out of boneless? ! Also, why lie and say there wasn’t a record of the order in the beginning? Honestly, I would give less than one star because this isn’t the first time they screw up something on take out orders, but it won’t let me pick anything less than one star…

Way to have some random rule about delivering with UberEats on Veterans Day, the least you could've done is not accept orders instead of having customers pay and wait days for their refund.

Tried to get a seat. Granted I'm a quite person but the greater asked me about where to sit before I could answer he did oh your pick up and walked away. Then seat 6 groups before going back to his group of friends to laugh and joke. The cashier (not the greeter) asked what's going on. I said that Ive been waiting but it's not worth my time. I left pretty any that I was ignored by the greeter. But the kind lady at the register was amazing kind and the only one to ask what's going on.

Chaotic, unorganized, and took 30mins to switch the tv. Half the food came out and then took 15min to get the other orders. Service was terrible. And nats everywhere. This place in the last 2 years has really gone down hill. Next time i will just order to go

Waited 50 minutes to get a table and then when we finally got a table they where out of hamburgers, ranch, queso, and a bunch other stuff that would have be nice to know before waiting almost an hour Sunday night

I really enjoy the food and the excellent service from our server. I wish I would've have kept the receipt to show him props that he did a great job!

Waitress very friendly and very patient with my "elderly" uncle and his jokes.she handled herself well and laughed at the "not so funny jokes ". Great place!

My order always gets messed up at this location! Online order to dining in. I just drove an hour (there and back twice) because they forgot items on my order. I told the girl I lived 15 minutes away and she said okay, so it’s only common sense to make the food within that time. I get there and the manager tells me they’re going to place the order now. If I could say what I really wanted to say on here without getting my review removed, I would. MAKE SURE WHOEVER IS PACKING THE FOOD PACKS IT CORRECTLY! This is the LAST time I come to this location!

I’m being generous with 3 stars. The food was hot and was good! However….

We were led to a booth (see picture) that the seat was torn on both sides. When we asked to move to another booth right behind it, we were told that there weren’t enough servers to be seated at the next table. We were offered a regular table and that was fine. No more than 5 minutes later, she came to seat other patrons at the very booth we asked for, that she told us we couldn’t sit at because there weren’t enough servers. The service was okay, but the food saved this review.

I also find it odd that you don’t toss your tenders in a sauce when requested. I was told it could be drizzled but not tossed. But you toss your boneless wings in a sauce, correct? What’s the difference?

We just left but I wanted to give a shout out to one of the waitresses there her name is Maria! She was so sweet and tended to us really well! Out of all the times we've gone to BWW this was the first time we've felt welcomed and taken cared of!

We ordered 50 boneless Buffalo wings and a large cheese curd when we got home which is about 20 mins away we noticed they had no seasoning or sauce on them we called and she said all she could do was put sauce on our wings which at that point would be at least an hour old cold and gross with fresh sauce they wouldn’t remake or refund. The worst customer service this managers name was Courtney at the east central Texas expressway location. Do better!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I deliver for Uber eats and door dash and every time I pick up from here there is always a 30 minute wait. The staff is unprofessional and needs to have a course in customer service. The person working the take out counter had to ask me three times what my customer's name was because he was too busy chatting with other employees. This restaurant needs to hire people who actually want to do their job.

Keep having terrible experiences with pick up at this location.waited extra long because the host never brought my order to the front, just wrote my name on the board and disappeared.after I waited 20 minutes I went back to the host and wouldn't ya know it, my order been ready they just holding onto it letting it get cold.

Ordered online 50 piece boneless with medium sauce and received no sauce on the chicken so I called and the original person who answered was polite and helpful but when he asked his manager, Courtney, what could be done she said I could bring the wings back which are cold at this point to have sauce put on those but they can’t refund anything and refused to make new ones. Terrible service by the manager. BWW might need to rethink their philosophy on management talent if they want to keep a strong business.
