Buffalo Wild Wings, Houston TX

Horrible experience. Place wasn’t even busy and we sat there for 40 min and no one even came to take our damn drink order then when I asked for someone to take our order all they said was “be right back “ but continued to check on other tables just got up n left a complete waste of time

Server was new but did a great job. We waited forever at the door to be seated. And other staff was grouchy.

Bartender was attending the entire bar area solo. Very pleasant and attentive even with patrons sitting at the actual bar. Prompt with refills (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Wish I had caught her name. Great experience.

Worst service ever! Everyone got their food before us. We waited almost an hour until our waitress noticed that our food hadn’t come out and finally decided to check on it. She was too busy flirting with other tables and trying to get tips. She finally came out and told us they ran out of one of the wing flavors we ordered. It would have been nice to know that an hour ago. Apparently they ran out of it in the warehouse so she should’ve already known. She also didn’t ask us if we wanted to choose a different flavor but proceeded to choose for us which was also frustrating. Overall, the experience was quite aggravating and left a bad taste in my mouth. We decided to eat here since my husband is a veteran but never again. The manager also made a lot of excuses and gave us $5 off for the inconvenience. Wow gee thanks. Stay away from this location!
P. S. The Cypress location has much better customer service. They comped me a meal once for messing up on my order and having a prolonged wait time. Their wings are also much larger. This location’s BOGO deal is literally them cutting the normal wings in half to try to let customers think they’re getting a great deal when in reality it’s the same size as any other day.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences.
I have been a regular customer of other franchises. Since I moved close to this location, I have dined here four times. Only one of them was a positive experience where the waitress provided paper towel and tray, got the order right and not overcharge.
Now I just don't want to take chances with this location any more.

So the veterans day deal is for dine in only would be nice to know a head of time. What if you can't dine in?

Just curious.are yall ever going to serve onion rings again? 3 times in a row I have been here and yall are out. Yall seem to always be out of stuff

The service was great! A group of us went after work for the Tuesday special. We had a great time and the wings were perfect. All the husbands were happy with the get one free we brought home.

I wish we can rate negative. Absolutely worst service EVER.been here 3 times and each time waited over an hour. Then get seated to wait another 20 min to get asked for water. (I had to stop the waiter and ask) they are so rude completely short staffed. Good doesn’t come out until another hour. Wings were SO dry and of course, my order was wrong. Absolute worse. Will NEVER be back. And please go eat somewhere else like pluckers or the Buffalo eid wingback 6 miles away from here

The costumer service is horrible. From the entrance to the waiters.
Rude and obnoxious.
We went a few years ago and had the same experience had to walk out.so we thought it's been a few years maybe they have some new people better customer service.but, boy was I wrong I think it only got worse.
We had to walk out again. We were never seated people in the front were too busy on their phones to acknowledge us even after we asked them to be seated.
So we decided to ask a waiter and he said "don't bother me I'm too busy"
when he was too busy talking to his friends.

Ordered to go and the cashiers were really rude. They didn’t greet me and they didn’t look like they enjoyed their jobs. I only went here because the one by my house was out of wings on Tuesday.

They are busy I understand that. It took 10 minutes to get seated. We have been here for 10 minutes and still have not been waited on. I will not be coming back here.

Just now tried to call to place a pick up order. Only for them to pick up and hang up the phone immediately. 3 times. Come on guys you gotta do better

I know food diffent everywhere but I have to say this location food is dry and stupid salty ya need slow down on salt send ur chief to school or something
