Buffalo Wild Wings, Houston TX

This restaurant is extremely slow and unprofessional. Staff can be seen and heard playing in the back/kitchen yet they can’t get food to customers in an efficient and timely manner. I placed an order to go because the restaurant wasn’t open for dine in and waited 25+ minutes for my order and once I got it I left without checking the bag (which I should’ve known better). I got home which is a 20 minute drive and only half of my order is in the bag. I called the restaurant back and he preceded to tell me everything on my receipt was in the bag, which it wasn’t, he then says bring the bag back and they can fix my order, so I then had to drive back another 20 minutes and wait again for my other half of my food and was not compensated at all. Not to mention my first half of my food was now cold and they didn’t care. I don’t recommend anyone visit this establishment.

FOOD & DRINKS ARE ALWAYS GREAT. Perfect go to spot when you want to step out the house without killing your pockets. (Specifically Tuesdays and Thursdays.) Just don’t count on good customer service or a clean environment. Typically smells like a dirty restroom and the servers typically aren’t great.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. I tried placing a pick up order but they kept placing me on hold. After many attempts I finally drove 15 minutes to place my order in person. When I arrived to the restaurant it didn’t look busy, only a few people eating there. There were more Uber and doordash people waiting on food just waiting to be seen by the cashier girl. The phones kept ringing and I could see the girl at the front (skinny black girl with long black/blonde braided hair) answering phones and putting them on hold. I never actually saw her getting back to the customers on the phone. She was rude and had an attitude. I waited 30 minutes after placing my order. I will never come here again. Staff is rude and slow. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT! I placed an online order for 1 Pepsi and 10 boneless wings with 5 chipotle pepper and 5 original Buffalo. When you arrive at a restaurant and you’re hungry your mouth is normally watering, that’s not the case for this restaurant. The walls are torn up and stained and the smell is horrible. They quickly gave me my order but said they ran out of ranch which I found odd but understandable. When I got home I realized how bad my order was. They gave me a Diet Pepsi not a regular. My 5 wings with Buffalo sauce were dry with little to no sauce. My 5 wings with chipotle pepper were also dry with literally no seasoning on them. Instead the seasoning was all piled up in the corner of the box. The only good thing is that the employees can’t count and gave me 13 wings instead of 10. Save your time and go to a Bdubs with good reviews, I don’t even know how this store is open with how little customers they get.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings to go to. I called to order cauliflower wings and they told me they don’t serve those, even though I’ve ordered them from that same place. The girl on the phone got an attitude when I told her that it is on their website and that I have ordered them before. Very rude and nasty. They need to be trained to know their job and menu if they are going to work there. I called a different time at 11: 13 pm and they told me I can’t place an order because they were closed. I then called a different location about five minutes away from this one and they happily took my order at 11: 16 pm. They need to close this location down or train and get better workers. They are horrible.

Terrible service. Slow and inattentive waiters. Management overall is horrible. It’s sad because this place has lots of potential.

Service was slow, food was sub-par. They were out of onion rings and subbed with French fries without telling us. Fried pickles had no flavor. Manager did comp a drink for our sub-par experience, +1 star for that.

One of the worst BWW I have been to. Told the guy on the phone twice my order. He got the sauce and whole order messed up. Two times I corrected them. They still messed it up.

This is a first time and last time experience for me never had this happen but upon my arrival to an empty Buffalo Wild Wings waited 10 to be told sit anywhere you like on the bar side started charging my phones and having a taste for wings onion rings and beer only to have a couple come in 10 minutes after me to be assisted while the waiter look me dead in my face and continue as if I was apart of the wall lol so I decided to wait just to see how long it would take so after 25 minutes I was acknowledged with why I was not being served the pathetic reason was because I was charging my phone then reason # 2 the table had trays on it #3 the table was dirty honestly by this point I’m convinced that my appearance of being who I was the reason I could not be helped this was the worst feeling I’ve ever experienced tasteless and disgusting……

This location is HORRIBLE! I waited 30 minutes before I was handed a menu and my drink order was taken. Once my order was placed I waited another hour and my food was nowhere near being ready. The waiter was absolutely terrible! He was very rude and nonchalant. He made it very obvious that he was uninterested in waiting on me. After being dissatisfied with the wait and not getting any positive feedback about the progress of my order I requested the check for my drink from the waiter who then got an attitude that I was requesting to cancel my food order. He followed that with reading the total of the check out loud when he placed the receipt on the table. The WORST experience I have had!

Order wings #20004 call in to the Gray St location at 1: 30 wings were under cook 4/10 wings had. Blood streaks it was picked up for me so I couldn't return it

The worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I have had issues when ordering To Go at this location before. Almost every time, they forget a part of my order. But this was the worst one. To start, I had to go back because they forgot my fries. The chicken tasted like it was microwaved the day before and kept under a hot lamp since then. The "Buffalo Sauce" tasted like movie theater butter not buffalo sauce. And the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. How does that even happen? Will not be visiting ever again.

It has changed alot. We waited over an hour for food, and most of the food was cold. There was also a stench in the RR, but that could have been due to a sewer problem. This area has a large transient population, so you may notice sketchy behavior. Watch your surroundings.

Ordered 30 minutes before and food was still not ready. Waited 10 minutes to be served at the front desk and when I got the food they had added extra food that I had not ordered. I want my money back for that extra added food!

This location was very displeasing. While my server Kenya was awesome, my food (wings) were cold. They literally felt cold as if they’ve been sitting for 1hr. There was also gnats flying around which suggest the overall sanitation and cleanliness sucks. Who can enjoy their meal in an environment like this. SMH The table and menu was sticky and nasty. I’m just annoyed and irritated. I won’t be back here.

Waited for almost 1.5 for our order and they just forgot one of the items. At no point during the wait did they even give us a heads up. I will not be coming back to this location.

Disappointed, hadn’t been here in a couple of months. We sat and waited over 20min for food, but then got these tiny versions of food. Once we got the food it was cold and the potato wedges were so over cooked, not to mention there’s no fountain drinks. Only options available to me were water, lemonade and tea. Couldn’t find my waitress so I asked the hostess to get my tab. She said “it ain’t my job”. So then I asked some random server, he was kind to print the tab. But noticed that they charged me for sweet tea and I only got water. If you’re hungry or in a hurry for a lunch break don’t stop here. Save your time & money

Not my favorite location. They sometimes get my order wrong or forget to put an item in my take out order. I've only had take out here so maybe the dine in experience is better? I do think the bone in wings are good quality.

Nice waiter, solid food. 2 different homeless people in the restaurant begging for money. 1 at the entrance/seated waiting area, and the second, walking around the bar seating.

Bad Food EXPERIENCE, took about 40 minutes to get my food to go, by the time I received it and arrived to my house the food was cold and didn't taste well, I placed an order of some chilly and cheese Tater tots there was bearly any cheese and the chilly looks so dry. There was no parking stops, you would of thought that is was packed but there was less than 10 tables taken. It was so bad we went to buy pizza instead
