Didn’t appreciate the waitress telling us we had to pay because she was being cut (told to go home) only to find her still sticking around and talking to people almost 45 mins later. We left at 12a

Wings tasted like they were made hours ago and dipped in sauce when we ordered. And waitstaff was not pleasant, nor did they know how to answer questions about their own menu.

Only thing that would have been better, was if they had better lighting. Eating in the dark sucks. Could barely see my plate because it was so dark

Unfortunately, my family and I got stuck with a female waitress with glasses that doesnt like her job or can't handle it? She failed to asked us if we needed anything else, and didn't give us the chance to speak. We needed multiple things, but she'd take our drink or food order and zoom off without letting us speak. We had to continue to ask other servers for things and it ruined our experience. Thankfully the wings were made being there worth it or else we would have left. We confronted the waitress nicely and told her if she could allow the customers to communicate and to ask if they needed anything else. Her excuse was that she had multiple tables. She was offended and decided to get another waitress to send to our table. Buffalo WW shouldn't hire people who can't manage their jobs or are unhappy with them or let their moods affect the service especially. Luckily she was still tipped even though she didn't deserve it.

The all American burger was okay. I don't do hot wings, cuz of a medical condition. The sweet tea was to sweet for the other's, but for me it was ok

Do you like your wings with feathers still on them? This is the place to go!
I ordered some wings for delivery through the website and got them with feathers still on them. We called the store to complain about it and the manager's excuse was that they prepared our order during a really busy time, but that he will address it with the kitchen staff.
So, if y'all want some wings during a busy time of the day don't expect quality and be prepared to be pulling feathers yourself in order to finish your meal.
Maybe next time I order and I use the 20% I am going going to get. I will be needed to kill the chicken myself (jk never ordering from this location again).

I went the Dezavala one.firdt time there.gaily busy at 9: 45 pm. I got service right away had a quesadilla an 6 wings n soda.so tasty

I hate giving places a bad review because they are people behind these places and people aren't perfect but here we go.

Every time I've come to this BWW or ordered from them, the food has ALWAYS been cold. The wings are stale and hard. The fries are stale and hard. The only thing that tastes good is the ranch, but I'm not going to drink ranch for dinner am I? I love BWW, but this place is either run by rats or run by skunks. I just ordered from them today to give them one final chance and what to I get? Old wings that look like they were made days ago. Disgusting.

Unbelievable. 3rd time have been here They are always out of Crown Royal, then bartender said also out if Jack. Then tried to order onion rings and waitress told us they were out of onion rings. This is a 4: 30 pm. Very disappointing. Ruined my time

Went here and order a October fest beer, the man at the bar gave me a beer and said it was an October fest but it was not. It did not look nor taste like it. Instead of arguing I paid and left the beer on the bar.
It is ok to be out of a beer but it's another to claim a beer is a certain brand when clearly it's not.

I'm not going to lie I used to like coming to buffalo wild wings for some great tasting wings especially this location but tonight as I was eating my wings I noticed feathers in one of the wings I'm just saying take a good look before you eat wings here unless you like eating feathers.

Boneless wings tasted like the chicken tenders at McDonald's. You'll just be paying more for less chicken, adding a sauce of your liking. Chicken tastes like it was frozen, thawed as it was cooked, like you'd do with frozen tyson wings.

Always go there on Tuesdays buy one get one half-off can't go wrong with mango habanero service is pretty good even though they were packed

Literally ordered takeout from here for the first time today. I ordered the 20pc boneless original with fries and boy and it tasted horrible. Not only was I let down but also my father. The fries look like they were cheap McDonald’s fries with a bit more seasoning. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Went in at 1: 15 today and ended up walking out with NO food at 1: 50. Place is deader than a doornail and kitchen was still slower than molasses. Will not be coming back.

Very fast and friendly service. Wings were delicious and The Spiked Football drinks were so good. No wait time and we were served right away. Recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings on De Zavala.

We as family have not been in awhile. After our meal, Now we know why.
Took awhile for our drinks and when they did come. NO STRAWS. Who doesn't have straws. They were out of mac n cheese. The most basic food. Then said "been out for awhile"
Mac n Cheese is noodles, milk, heavy cream, cheese and salt/ pepper.
Then when we order cheese sticks and fried pickles. It was clear how little they care. The cheese sticks frozen (poorly and cheap) fried pickles frozen (poorly and cheap).

Postive note the burger, wings and drinks were good. I understand lack of help but it has been over a year. Covid can no longer be the excuse for poor execution of simple food.

The wait staff trys really hard but when leadership and kitchen just give up. That is a real problem.

Save you time and money.
There is a lot of restaurants around this location.

Buffalo wild wings needa to really step it up before I will go back.

Again out of mac n cheese. Still crazy.
