There was only a single waitress who was helping with all the orders for everyone. So it took a lot of time for the orders to arrive. Other than being short staffed, everything else was good.

I would've given a better rating but the service was terrible. The waiter took his socks and shoes off and tried to force his feet inside of my mouth. He then proceded to take off his shirt and rub the barbecue sauce all over his chest/mid-section. I honestly was okay with this experience. It was
actually kind of turning me on but my wife wanted to leave. The reason I gave a 1 star review is because there were no beans. If you had beans, I
would've given 5 stars.

Had a great time with friends at this place! Waited 5-10 mins for a table. The BOGO traditional wings and potato wedges were yummy. Loved the garlic parmesan, mango habanero, and Thai curry sauces. The cocktails were amazing. Affordable prices.

It's B Dubs! You know what you're getting! Big plus side that they have the fights on but crazy busy. Ask for Monica - she did a great job taking care of us

Worst customer service my friend and I went there on a weekend kinda early the place was barely opening our food was good and everything but went we got to the payment our server just messed everything… I ended up paying for another meal, I didn’t notice until I got home like 3 hours later so I then call next day to tell a manager h what had happen I was on hold for like 30 min waiting to talk a manager and just for me to ended speaking with my waiter named Damanique for her to lie about making the refund other week went by. I called again hopping to speak to an actually manager he supposed was gonna make my refund but still nothing I did call my bank but I was gonna get charge for a new card when my waiter was the one making the mistake…. Honestly just go to another location because this just offers a terrible service and no manage on this location at all… if you CAN NOT MAKE A REFUND just said it instead of lying to people

We were a party of 22 people. It was odd that our orders came out of order and at different times. It was also odd that they did not want to provide a chef knife to cut our birthday cake (standard service in any restaurant). They didn't have little plates for birthday cake (any restaurant would).

All in all, at least the wings were cooked, but a small detail was that they forgot the celery and carrots, and I got ranch instead of blue cheese. The beer took a while to serve too. I def would come back with low expectations. Which is not a good reputation.

Buffalo Wild Wings used to be lit, so I'm thinking the newer generation waiting on tables just doesn't have the grind that millennials and older generations had.

Just a very lonely vibe inside, it just seems too dark in there and the employees aren't smiling.

Never has anyone at the front desk. Terrible service. Extremely slow. Orders are often half an hour late coming out of the kitchen. Staff very obviously don’t care. They wander around the restaurant like zombies. The staff will completely ignore you rather than acknowledge or help you. No one is friendly here. There are reviews from eight months ago with the same problems. Obviously, the survey they want you to take doesn’t mean anything and doesn’t change anything. I’ve already filled it out; so, don’t suggest to me that I fill out the survey. If you’d responded to the survey, you wouldn’t be getting a public one-star review right now. The best thing potential customers can do is vote with their dollar and avoid this location. Spend your money somewhere else where you’ll enjoy being in the presence of friendly and attentive staff who get food out on time.

Well, the comfortable tasty one, I ordered a hamburger and I recommend it very tasty, the appetizers were very tasty and crunchy fried pickles, the wings were equally crisp and juicy, not dry. Only the bad, the waitresses are not so attentive, I was without tea but for a long time. For the rest, I recommend it.

The service has extraordinarily gone down hill. The management is atrocious. They used to have the best bartender who remembered your name and order and gave the best service. Every time. Now they have bartenders who do not care. They do no ask if you want to order or want another drink (when your drink is clearly empty) when you are sitting right in front of her. Go somewhere else. The food will be better and you might actually get served. We will go out of our way to go elsewhere. Sad.

Sat outside on the patio and ordered food. Took about 45 minutes for two orders of wings to come out, I think we were checked in on maybe twice during the entire time I was there. Had to go inside to the bar to get refills and waters. Food was fine.

The service was okay but the waiting was bad we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I ordered 40 wings and they gave me 30 and the wings have very little sauce and very little fríes and they didi'nt give me the veggies I ordered. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND BUY HERE.

Worst place to eat.food was horrible and the food too long to come out. Don’t come here … rather eat fast food

Good beer, good wings, the highlight for me was the jukebox that I could control through an app. This is my favorite wing spot to go with my step dad. Will be returning
