Buffalo Wild Wings, Houston TX

Almost walked out cause it was open seating and nobody was around so when we sat we didn't get waited on for quite a bit. When someone finally showed up she was pretty good. The food was good but everything was over sauced (for the wings) and the cheese sauce (for pretzels) was watery. Also bill was wrong and we had to get it corrected.

I ordered a 20pc boneless wing to go, after first bites my wife and I can immediately tell it wasn't wings at all but artificially made chicken nuggets. Will not go back.

The food was great. Along with the service. Oh yes, I would be returning. And there are enough televisions to cover every sport event, that is on.

Just moved back into town and decided to try this location again, which we hadn't been to in 15 years. They are still bad. I received the completely wrong order. Yall literally shorted me 5 traditional wings, and the wings I did get were old, cold and dry. I only got 2 of the 4 flavors that were ordered and an additional flavor that I definitely did not want. The tots were literally crumbling as I picked them up. There are several feathers on the wings as well. I know it was a late night order but yall could have atleast pretended to care.

Do you guys have servers anymore? Every time I go there to eat it’s the same server that’s there and she never wants to help us. She says we have to order online to dine in. She taps on a QR code and walks away. The point of dining in is to have steady service if I wanted all of my food to go I would’ve just ordered to go and I wouldn’t have dined in. I rarely see any servers anymore maybe one every time I go. Extremely disappointed

New blazing knockout sauce sucks its taste like a bbq sauce and whoever likes to spicy sauce dont like bbq sauce remember that buffalo wild wings!

I think the staff is asleep. They rarely answer the phone. They expect you to order online even though you can’t get discounts paying online like you should. They lie to you and put you on hold as if it is necessary. Prices look tired and they should be. STAY AWAY.

We came here to two times and the service was bad. We like to give the benefit of doubt but unfortunately we received the same service again. We had to wait over 15 mins to be helped and even then our server didn’t bring our drinks or take any of our orders. She was just standing there talking to the other servers. She said she was waiting to clock in by a manager but she never went to go grab the manager. She was just there talking and would look at our table and then go back to gossiping.

Stopped in for a late lunch after running errands. I was able to walk in, sit at a table, noted the time, had 3 employees walk past the table, made eye contact multiple times, after 10 minutes, got up and walked out with nobody acknowledging we were there. But one waitress was great at waking back to the kitchen a couple times to get her something to eat and chow on in the bar area between checking on her tables. So at least someone got to eat.

What happened to customer service? Received old and cold food even though we were there ten minutes til pickup time. When we called and spoke to the manager, she said that she would only remake the order if we brought the order back. Why drive back old food? Pictures should be enough.

I have been always a brewingz costumer until lately where their service started been terrible so i decided to check buffalo wild wingz and fell in love with the service in the one at sugarland; However that is too far from where i live so me and my family decided to try this location. As soon as we get there we notice the place is not bussy at all which would make you think more atention to the costumer but how much wrong could we be the wingz took almost 1 hr to come out and when they did they were cold and given by another person whom i guess might be the manager. When he asked us everything k? We reply with an attitude mind you i hate been the diffocult client so i asked nicely
After that no one showed up to our table again nit until they saw us standing up (i guess they thought we were leaving) to give us our check even thought we had ask a waiter for to go boxes and the check 30 minutes before. Waiter was always either talking standing with other coworkers or costumers of this other table. Needless to say i rather not come back ever again if each time will take almost 2 hours tk get served and with atritude

Sad to say this but I loved going to this place because of the variety of beer and the good wings.
Now I only go because of the service my waiter Sherwin provides!

The food was good no issues with the food at all. The service in this place is horrible. We had wait over 15 minutes to get our first drink.

Quality has been going down steadily over the last several years. Topped off by the inability to complete a straight forward delivery order. Will not be ordering from them in the future.

I used to visit this location everywhere for years.came back today not one single person came to table. 20 minutes waiting, went to front to try and order take out.no one there. Service is horrible!

Went in last night because this is the closest around the area, & as soon as we went we had to ask if it was open seating bc we weren’t even being acknowledged. And then had to find a away to set up our table of 7 on our own… took forever to get food and refills on drinks until someone who wasn’t our server asked if we needed anything & got us refills, which was super nice of him wish I got his name. Waited about 30 min & then told boneless wings is a 5 min wait (which took longer) until the same guy asked what we were waiting for & then our waiter brought them. Just wasn’t a good experience. This is why we prefer to drive to pluckers.

It was a great experience. Very delicious food and great and polite staff, especially the employee Makayla, very wonderful and nice. Thank you
