Buffalo Wild Wings, Abilene TX

Was in town to visit Abilene Christian school with my nephew and decided to go watch the Tech game and grab some food before heading back to Abernathy service was great!

I would have given this place five stars except for one thing. First, I want to compliment the staff. Our server was great. I couldn't really read his name tag that well so I didn't catch his name. He was working on the evening of Friday, 12NOV2021. He was very friendly and very helpful. Great job. My only issue was the menu item that said "BACON SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER". If you are going to advertise it as Hatch chile, then put Hatch chile on it. What I got was a very good burger, with canned jalapeño slices on it. I'm from El Paso, which is less than two hours away. I've been a few times. I eat Hatch chile regularly. I know Hatch chile. That was not even remotely close to Hatch Chile. All in all, I enjoyed my visit. Server was great, which is why I didn't make a big deal about the chile to him, but I hope someone reads this and makes the correction at the restaurant.

Not sure what the issue is here today but someone else already beat me to the one star review, so I'll elaborate. Seating service is a thin line between slow and non-existent. People are openly walking in and out of the kitchen without masks or uniforms on. You can tell that everyone working openly does not want to be there. They're either suffering from bad management, or a complete lack of management. The vibe in the place is bad. If you just walk in and watch the staff work, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Waited about 10 mins for a host to seat us (nobody in front of us), waited another 15 mins for the server to make her way to us after she helped people that sat down after us, drinks took forever, food took a reasonable amount of time, my food was lousy and left me feeling sick but my friends enjoyed their food. Took a long time to get the bill as well. Won't be going back

The food was quite tasty beer was a tad bit expensive and the TV volume was way up loud. Did I mention the food was quite tasty

Good drinks, food, and service. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we were in the loop on where our orders were. Will be returning in the future!

Walked in and waited to be seated for 10 minutes only to see employees walking right past me and not offering to sit me at a table. Will never come here again.

Edit: No, it was not busy in there either.

Standard sports bar. Decent selection of beer. Recently renovated in early 2021! This place has gotten a more modern feel with high top tables everywhere. The kitchen is variation in speed of how fast the food comes out with anywhere between there shortly after ordering to taking up to an hour for 10 wings and fries. The bar is super nice with a place to charge the phone & friendly bartenders

The service was great, the food was good as usual. The only negative was one of the TVs was really loud where we were sitting

We just had a horrible experience, went in and were seated on the patio, and even after 30 minutes, and finding someone to tell that we weren’t being waited on. Still nobody came and served us. So we left, will not be coming here again.

So after my 5th time at this particular place they get the orders wrong or.forget the celery and carrot sticks. They have gotten orders wrong.sometimes it's super slow.

It's buffalo wild wings. You know the food is average. However the diner is still new, smells new and has a lot of staff. Great place to be with friends. I spent a great time with my friends here.

So glad they are open until 2 a.m. Nice to have options for a take home snack after a nite of live entertainment. Thank you BuffaloWildWings

Game with a large group, our waitress Sharon took care of everything and even though I'm sure we were probably a pain in the butt. Food and service was great.

This place is awesome food is wonderful service is the best! State championship winners thank you so much for your support

The food and service was once the best but now the wings seem to be undercooked and the place is not as sanitary as it use to be

Great food, music and sports on dozens of TV screens.
They have specials almost every week. Their Tuesday and Thursday half price boneless and bone-in wings are great.

Here's the deal love Buffalo Wild Wings, however I go there with low expectations of getting good service and food in a timely manner. Look I get people go there to watch sports, drink and eat; however I no longer watch sports because there overpaid premadonna's. That being said I go now for food and drinks not to sit 15-20 mins before someone comes and ask me have I been helped, obviously not I been here for 15 minutes and don't even have a drink. I could go on but I digress.

The cooks were wonderful and quick and very good onecook name Terrel he was very friendly and completed everything how I wanted
