Buffalo Wild Wings, Fort Bliss TX

Pretty good. Wings came out a little dry, as in not a lot of sauce. Nothing that can’t be fixed. The restaurant was clean, and the TV’s were new and plenty of them. I’ll be going back.

F minus. Visited on Veterans Day 2023, and began with no greeting by hostess. A 30 minute wait with no follow-up notification that a table was in fact available. No mention that Veterans Day promotion for veterans terminated at 4pm (UNSAT). Three small orders of wings and fries took 50 minutes. At least the waiter apologized, but only after I brought to his attention the miserable experience. Outdoor seating area was filthy as was the men's restroom; don't waste your time and money at this location.

I'm writing this because I'm sure if this particular bartender (Abel) tried to steal my money, she has stolen someone else's and gotten away with it. My wife and I eat at BWWs enough to know it costs around $45 each time. After eating we recieved our check but it was not itemized which in my experience means something shady is going on. I did not realize it at first so I added my usual tip amount and signed the slip. As we started to leave I then noticed the amount of our tab was $58 which as I mentioned earlier is not typical. That combined with the fact that our reciept was not itemized made me realize something was up. I asked the bartender for an itemized receipt. A few minutes later she apologized for adding items to our tab and gave us a new tab for $45. I would like someone from BWWs to contact me about this and I would hope the bartender involved would not be working next time my wife and I eat there. If so I'll add that to my review and my wife and I plus our friends will never eat there again. I'm adding a pic of the first tab we recieved for $58 and it was not itemized.

I had a lovely experience at the bar. The bartender (Abel) was attentive and kind. She took very good care of me. It would have been a perfect experience, except another bar patron was complaining about 'stolen money'. This worried me as a current customer. However, I heard the bartender explain in detail the problem and watched her fix the issue. It reassured my faith in BWW customer service seeing her take the time to explain and remedy the issue. However, upon seeing the reviews I see he came in a public forum and lied about how the situation was resolved and continued to accuse her of theft. I felt duty bound to relay the correct story, as a regular customer to this establishment. God Bless and everyone check the ticket before you pay and accuse.

Brie (hope I'm spelling that right) is a wonderful waitress, made the kids laugh, and even though she was very busy the night of the Halloween party still makes us feel welcome and got our food in a timely manner.

I ordered with DoorDash delivery. My meal that I ordered separately two drinks. The drinks were not delivered by the driver. Driver told me they didn’t give them a drink when I called the store while the driver was here the store told me yesterday to give it to the driver instead of taking accountability to replace my drink. Worst customer service ever DoorDash driver was so embarrassed for a drink that was never given to him.

No issues here. Their food is ALWAYS good. They have very nice waiters. One of the few restaurants with excellent customer service.

The service here is not good at all, it's turned me off from coming back. It's like this all the time.

The food was top-notch and our server did an excellent job. Had a slight issue with the hostess, Ash, when requesting a high chair for our kid. Maybe she was having an off day. We're optimistic about our next visit!

A good Buffalo Wild Wings with attentive service it can get busy around normal meal hours except for lunch on a normal duty day. Sadly, out of cheese curds when I went in.

Went into the restaurant with my family way before closing. My family and I experienced terrible service. It took about twenty minutes before a server went to our table. Then we waited about 15 minutes for beers (for the wife and I) and strawberry lemonades for our daughters. Then we waited for about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. After waiting so long, we were expecting fresh food. However, cold and dry wings arrived instead. French fries were super cold. You could clearly tell they were giving us the left overs from the day. They were super concerned about closing and leaving. Again, we got there way before closing time. It is disappointing that this type of service is given to our troops and veterans who visit.

Walked in excited to eat. Waited 10 minutes before a hostess greeted us. Then was told she has only enough servers to serve those sitting. But the restaurant was not busy and I would guess they had 15 tables open at the time. Thursday prior to a 4 day weekend. Garbage service!

Terrible first time experience. Where to begin, we asked to taste 2 sauces to see which one we were going to order, we were told the kitchen is too busy for that by the waitress, So we said ok and ordered to beers and our food. After waiting a long time I see our waitress with the hostess just talking away, I tell my wife I bet she forgot our drinks. About another 10 minutes go by and she comes out with our food, I remind her we ordered two beers, she said they are probably at the bar she just hasn’t had a chance to get them. My wife’s order came out wrong, it came with cheese curds (we didn’t even know what cheese curds were til today) we told the waitress my wife had ordered celery sticks instead of fries, nobody ever said cheese curds. She brought them and we start to eat. When we got our check we were charged an up charge for cheese curds. We told the waitress and she brought the manager. The manager was even worse than the waitress he proceeds to tell us it came with cheese curds, we told him numerous times we didn’t order them. Very rude He tells us “well you ate them right” I say your waitress brought out our celery sticks and left the cheese curds with us. We argue back and forth for a couple of minutes and finally he says I will take it off just this time. Keep in mind this was over a 3.00 dollar charge. He was blaming us for getting the wrong order given to us. We were not the only table getting our order wrong, we saw at least two other tables, same waitress same manager arguing with customers when we had just got there. Those two are bad for your business, their actions especially the managers are unprofessional and uncalled for. No apologies were given by them we paid and left.

My first beer after receiving my DD214 after finishing my deployment to Kuwait. I attended college in upstate New York and feel this restaurant generally creates great Buffalo wings. They tasted great (as did the Sam Adams!). I wish they served celery sticks with them. Otherwise, it was a great meal.

Although delivery and takeout are offered, I would strongly discourage orders at busy times. This restaurant always prioritizes dine-in orders over carryout and carryout over delivery, regardless of how long the carryout customer or delivery driver has been waiting. As a DoorDasher I've waited at this place for well over an hour before.
