Buffalo Wild Wings, Katy TX

Ordered a double smash burger and tator tots. Both very over cooked. No flavor, very little condiments. Will not order again

I just came to BWW in Katy for a pickup order but I was so sad to hear the host lady whispering to the manager “oh they are 2 but I don’t speak Spanish” and give us the bad look our way. I didn’t experienced any racist comment or racial attitude against me at these restaurants before, because I’m bilingual and know English and Spanish so it’s so sad that she didn’t even try to talk with us. Otherwise the manager who attended us in English was super nice and kind. Thank you to him.

Went in for an interview here twice and the managers were being disrespectful
during my interview when they tell you their hiring their really not.

The best buffalo wings i have had. It is really spicy and hot. It is not too sweet or salty. Perfect taste.

This is my usual spot and normally they are always on point, but we come in the evening. Today we were the first ones in @11. The wings came out way sooner than normal and were dry, (reheated wings not freshly made). Other than that, everything from service to drinks were great.

Thank you to the server with the beard who helped me today and the Togo girl who was helpful and friendly! Food came out perfect and on time!

I had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings on 19910 Park Row Dr Katy, TX. I tried to place a to-go order, but the employee refused without providing any reason. Instead, they insisted that I sit down at a table and order my wings there. To make matters worse, the employee forced me to take a few bites of my food before allowing me to get a to-go box. And even then, I was told that I had to box up my food myself. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and the worst I have ever encountered. I am truly disgusted with the way I was treated.

Place had nobody there. Dark inside, not very well lit. Food sub-par although the waiter was nice and helpful. Nachos had 5 pieces of jalapeño and about 1 tablespoon of cheese with a "dribble" of sour cream. Chips aren't fresh either.

Poor and slow service •Long wait time to be acknowledged •Customers that came in for to go orders waited 10 mins before someone acknowledged them •my table and other guests never received refills •We had to walk over to get the attention of staff • the dry rub wings had seasoning on half the wing pieces • I also placed a to go order at the desk on my way out and I had to wait close to ten minutes to have my order taken • after waiting nearly 20 mins I was handed a bag that had sauce and butter all over the bag and the boxes inside • there were only three other tables the waiter had and none of us received good service. I wish I could post a photo of my to go order but I don’t see an option

This is by far been the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have ever been to and I LOVE BWW.the food was surprisingly fantastic even after the pour service I received.upon walking in, the place was filthy with multiple dirty unbussed tables that had not been cleaned up and we're not cleaned up the entire 2 hours I was there. Upon sitting down in the bar area it took 15-20 minutes for anyone to address my table and take my first drink order and another 15 to 20 minutes just to have my water delivered.after I had seen how slow the service was I took it upon myself to go to the bar and try to order an alcoholic beverage where again I waited 15 to 20 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the bartender behind the bar (I gave up and never got my drink) after a small appetizer it took yet another 30 minutes to be addressed again for my main order to be taken I waited about 30 more minutes for the food to come out, again as always the wings were great and the order was made correctly and came out hot and fresh however upon eating halfway through my meal two contractors had started opening up and tearing down a moldy wall right in front of my table! During business hours and while there were still customers eating in the vicinity. It was disgusting, unprofessional, UNSANITARY the smell was awful (even the pregnant server addressed how disgusting it was, and this should have been put on hold until after business hours. This was not a good look after the filthy tables that were sitting for hours around me not being bussed or cleaned and for how poor these service was this location can do much better and should do much better especially for the area it is located in.

The place of places. Great quality wings both bone in and boneless. Their burgers will hit the spot and they are spot on with the fried pickles! The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and kept up. Definitely a place to go to get good quality foods and service.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich is juicy, crispy, tangy and SPICY! The service was quick and our waitress was awesome!

Service was great! All the waiters were friendly and efficient, the food was ok, some wings were better than others but combined with the atmosphere, overall a good experience, would recommend dropping by

The food is not the best. It's decent. The carpets need to be cleaned. The service was great!

It’s a hit a missed some days are great some days they used new oil some days they used old oil. Just like other places. Wish they would throw out the old oil before cooking all their chicken. I can smell and taste the difference. Been eating only chicken all my life so I know a thing or 2 about fried chicken.

Ordered carryout at 7: 40 pm with food pickup time at 8: 10 pm. Have to wait in store for another 30 min and picked up at 8: 40 pm. No proper service to receive. Food is Ok
