The restaurant is filthy, walked out after waiting for almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated.

The bone in wings we ordered looked very bruised, beat up & gross. Black spots on the wings, pink meat, just unacceptable. Spoiled my moms appetite. Not to mention the parking lot was filthy.

Horrible service, bartender was so rude, not friendly, and got my order wrong. Food took a while, and was cold when I got it. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I was extremely unhappy with the service.

This "new" lemon pepper sauce be hitting different? And not in a good way more like a lemon meringue pie cleaner way

Worst Buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to, waitress take forever, if you actually want good service I recommend you to go to BWW in Georgetown because all the ones here in Austin suck! I would rather drive 30 minutes to go get good service, good food and good drinks! We waited an HOUR to get chips and queso, another 30 minutes to get our food, I wouldn’t come here.all I got to say. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Told they didn't want to serve people at 11 when they close at 2 on Friday. Staff, food, all of it was terrible. Orlando was the server, explained how tired he was and how "Mexicans are rude". K. Done with this place.

Nachos are good, food is pretty decent for price, service is always slow and forget to refill drinks

I've tried pluckers and hooters and only BWW makes the garlic parmesan wings actually saucy, which I prefer.

Service took quite a lot of time even if it was just take out. We were harassed by what I believe was a homeless lady on something, the cashier handled her well, but still not 5 stars unfortunately

Had almost all of the flavours of chicken wings. Liked the blazin sauce very much, its dammm hot and spicy. But you can't eat much of them so order different varieties like parmesan garlic was good too.

Waitress behind the bar would rather flirt and take care of three dudes than my wife and I. Forgot to bring us sides and never checked in on us besides to take our order and give us a receipt.

Takes long time for pick ups, employees need more training. Online order ia one of the worst service. Even of you order online they won't prepare untill you go there.
I had to wait 10 mons at the reception, no person were available. The bill clerk was not friendlier and attentive towards customer.

The girlfriend and little brother got good poisoning from the garlic Parmesan chicken. I was fine with the medium and sweet BBQ.

We never got our food. Ordered side salads and wings. 45 minutes later nothing came out, there was no staff around, never got checked on, so we left. I am almost positive we could've walked behind the bar and poured our own drinks and no one would have noticed. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Here everytime there is a ppv ufc fight. Love this place, though the drinks are stupid expensive for what they are. But hey, free fights i cant really complain. So you go bww!

Bad service! Waiter Jack was not friendly, felt discriminated as he never attended to us, only greeted non Latinos customers and asked if they needed anything. I don't recommend this place at all. Wish there was a no star.

Worst service ever especially waiter Jack never ask if we needed anything he would only ask white customer's I thought raciest did not exist in America I guess now we know who voted and supports Donald Trump we were in front of a white person he skip us and ask them for help not us terrible service as well the manager. We waited 10-15 minutes for them to serve us. And 40 minutes for the food to be ready, not to mention another 9 for the last meal. In addition, some customers got there after us, and they got served before us. Our waiter Shawn was trying his best, but I just think it's disorganized. I blame the damn managers.

Worst service ever! Definitely not coming back.server was always away, not courteous, not attentive at all. Ordered chips and salsa, horrible tomato sauce. Ordered fried pickles, soggy. Finally wings came in, no plates not silverware. They took forever to charge us. Checkout process almost took 20 minutes of waiting.
