BuffBurger, Houston TX

The food was so good- I don't like to get my hands dirty when I eat a burger, but it was worth the mess at this establishment. The truffle fries were amazing, and the buns were perfectly crisp and buttery. I didn't like the tots much, but everythung else was amazing.

They recommended this place to me as the number 1 burger and it truly exceeded my expectations.

Great burgers, and even better staff. I always leave very happy and satisfied, and ready for a nap.

There aren't many Buffburger locations in Houston, so whenever I am in the area, I always order the Yard Bird Burger. The chicken is very moist and has a nice flavor to it. I always order the burger with the sauce spread on the side with a side of they shoe string fries, which comes in a pretty large portion.

Last time I stopped by I noticed that they added a smash burger to the menu, so I gave it a shot. I ordered the single smash since it was my first time trying it but wished I ordered the triple stack later. The taste is decent, but I'd rather order s smash burger at a spot where they specialize only in smash burgers. It was a 3.5 out of 5.

With that being said, the Yard Bird is a 5 out of 5 so no real complaints here. Staff is always nice and helpful, and their specialty sauces they offer are an extra nice touch to compliment the main dishes.

First time to visit and had fantastic customer service at the register. Sam was knowledgeable, competent, courteous and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Food was delicious as well.

The food served here was quite exceptional! The employees were also very attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming for anyone trying to enjoy a meal. Definitely would recommend!

It was too expensive for how basic it was. Service was amazing! Quality for price, not so much.

Today was my first visit to Buff Burger. I had to wait several minutes to order as there was no one working the register. I noticed that was the case for everyone that came in after me. Next time order online whether you're dining in or taking out. I dined in. Loved the music. My Buff Burger and Buff Fries were delivered in a timely manner. The burger was good, not great. Same with the fries. Next time, yes, there will be a next time, I will try the Buff Tots. I'd like to give this place 3.5 stars but that's not an option. It's definitely not a 4-star place. Price was appropriate.

My husband got a chicken burger and I got a beef burger. It was just really well made and tasty. Prices are reasonable. The service was fast. I put an online order and it was ready in 10 minutes. The person in the front was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend.

Just had a “Texan” Burger with a Love Street. Beer was 2/3 foam but the desk was nice enough to let me top it off after the foam went down which was so nice with the burger. The “A1” best burger since I’ve been in Texas working full time. I was flabbergasted NGL.
7/21/23 - about 2: 00pm. To who cooked my burger: the Mid Rare was perfect, beautiful thick pink line in the inside shows me you have a hell of a standard in your food when you care, from one cook to another: I Loved It, well done.

The Texan burger was great! The bacon was thick and crispy and had a great flavor. The burger had kind of a sweet flavor so I’m sure it was the Espresso BBQ sauce. I tried out their Sweet Potato Chipotle Honey fries as well. They were good, the honey was subtle because I don’t think there’s was a ton in there. Overall, friendly staff and clean environment!

It was unfortunate to stand and wait at the counter for 10 min, then 20min finally 30 min came around with no one to attend us. While several employees looked at me and my family from the kitchen, no one even attempted to say they would be with us shortly. I first thought maybe they were short-handed, but I saw at least 6 people just looking at each other in the kitchen, ignoring my hello. The first impression is important. It only takes a few seconds to acknowledge your customers. We left and decided it's not for us. By the way, the staff handled it, and I'm assuming the big guy was the manager. He still didn't even bother to yell out we will be right you. I would rather not go back.

I had the mushroom and Swiss with the crispy chicken instead of a burger. It was the best food I've eaten since I moved to Houston about 2 years ago. I'm looking forward to go back. Great food. Clean restaurant. Nice staff.
