Build-A-Bear Workshop, Dallas TX

Loved watching the process of putting the bears together especially the heart you male a wish on. It was very cool.

Super experience, though prices are higher than I expected:) Quality plush toys and accessories, nice service. Kids are happy

My friends and I visited here yesterday and had such an awesome experience! Shoutout to Marley, who helped us through the process and was so patient and such a great sport with us. Thank you, Marley, you're a real one:)

We went for my first baby's birthday. So many people told us it will be 1$. We had to pay $22. Since the teddy bear was made I could not say anything to my baby boy. But very disappointed. I won't recommend.

Marley was super fun and helpful! Made me and my friends laugh and overall made our experience great! Cashier was also friendly, but we didn’t catch her name!

Just visited here today w my friends. Best part of the experience has got to be Marley, the guy who walked us through the whole process. Fantastic employee, this man needs a raise. Would reccomend just for Marley.

Visited while on vacation. My youngest son and daughter made bears. Staff was helpful & friendly.

I came here looking for a special gift it was my first time at this work shop and I was looking forward to the exciting first time experience… instead I was faced with a very awkward terrible experience.the girl who helped me stood there starting at me as I was confused on what where the next steps to build my special gift it was an awkward stare off I kept having to ask the girl what to do next and she would respond “ oh yeah “ and continue… she looked confused her self! Then the girl at check out was super pushy with money… if I could leave 0 starts I would!

Worst experience.

We recently went to this location to build a bear for my niece's FIRST birthday. It was a fun experience. The staff was super enthusiastic and helpful. I want to mention Lucas specifically for going above and beyond for us. We accidently left our bear's birth certificate there and had basically gotten all the way home before we realized it. (We live far from this location) Lucas saved it for us and sent it to us in the mail. We appreciate the staff taking excellent care of us during our visit and after!

What a fun exsperiance. The lady that helped us was super kid friendly and the place was pretty fun!

I drove to Dallas from abilene on friday. Saturday me and my boyfriend spent in this build-a-bear, was so happy we bought 4. Once getting home 3 hours away i listened to my custom sound build-a-bear and i could barely hear it and there was alot of distorted backround noise.i called customer service and they said i can go back to build a bear to fix it but the closest one is 3 hours away or a refund but it was a meaningful gift i wanted the sound. But one person in particular was amazing and above and beyond i would like to personally recognize lucas who went above and beyond for this out of towner.offering to record a mew one and ship it to me that is amazing customer service the lady on the customer service line was sighing while dealing with my call but lucas was more then happy to take more then one call from us and make sure we were happy with the result all your bear people should have a mind set like him he is amazing and in my 28 years of life this is the best service i recieved and i am a customer service call agent. THANK YOU LUCAS FOR BEING AN AMAZING PERSON. Keep it up we need more people like you to make the world a better place never change! -Cherish Lovelace

Fun experience but I would personally go to a different location. Nothing was wrong with this one it just didn’t seem as updated as some I have been to.

Brought my 3 & 5 year old here for their first build a bear experience. We arrived 10 min before they “said” they were closing and they were already closed.pretty disappointing, and I’m sure the manager or owner wouldn’t approve of this laziness.
