Their credit machine was not working the day I went. The staff did not tell customers cash only until customers were at checkout. They did not have a sign on the door saying cash only until I asked where is the sign. Then only the staff started to write a sign of cash only.

Also, when their machines are down their sound buttons are not for sale as they do not work. So at that time sound buttons were unavailable.

The store is clean and nicely organized, but one of the older staff members seems like she needs to be retrained on how to be nice to customers and how to ring customers up by the line they are in.

Ladies were so helpful, we got a bear with a recording and we're guided step by step to make sure we got the bear we wanted.

They made my grandsons day so special. The lady that was helping him build his bear was very nice and caring. We truly had a beautiful experience. Thank you fir making our day amazing I highly recommend taking your children there. The bear and accessories were about $98.00.

This staff here is BOMB! My friends son had a mishap (papercut) from the birth certificate for his Pokémon and the staff provided speedy assistance and provided us with a bandaid.

Great customer service. I always enjoy in this place and seeing all the different products and bears. I feel like I'm a kid at heart. I would recommend this place to my friends and there kids.

I always love to bring my granddaughter here to shop for accessories and new outfits for her bear. I just wish they had more Jean pants or a better selection for her boy bear like they do for her girl one.

My first visit at build-a-bear was positive and beneficial. Brianna was extremely helpful, kind, and patient when assisting me with getting the perfect bear for a baby shower. She helped me to explore multiple options in the store. Her personality and conversation made this a calming experience during the hectic holiday season. After she assisted me, Martin helped check me out, set up an account, and informed me of their military discount on an already reasonably priced bears. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back with my children and I look forward to the same welcoming and worthwhile experience.

Reps were super friendly. Got a birthday bear for my little one for 1 dollar. How can I not say good things about this place. Thank you.

It bit pricey for a stuffed tedy bear but the experience for the kids and the superb customer service make it a "Can't miss" experience.

Nice selection of bears, if you see the clothes and not the bear, buy it. If you see the bear and not the clothes, buy it. You can always get the one you're missing later.
