Brought my son here to celevrate his 2nd birthday. We bought him the pay your age birthday bear (which was only $2 +tax). The employees were helpful and kind and they made him feel extra special on his birthday. My son loved had the biggest smile and loved his bear. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My son loves the selection of toys. He had a monkey, a frog, and the newest addition to his collection is a shark. It's not just for girls!

I've been to this build-a-bear before, and had great experiences, but I went yesterday 3/3, and the employee was on the phone the entire time. Earbud in, ignoring me, and I didnt get the typical experience I usually get from build-a-bear, which is sad, because it was a gift for my little brother.

Letha was AMAZING!

We brought our kiddo in for his birthday and got the pay your age bear. We were able to completely customize the bear and our son adores it. Letha was extremely helpful along the way in the process and created a memory for us to look back on.

Had a fun birthday experience. We made a birthday bear and picked out a cute outfit. Our son enjoyed himself. The one employee there is a bit bold and blunt with children. My son is autistic and when he was trying to pick something I said no to she said loudly and with force to him “well that is not an option”
Other than that the experience was good and will return.

Super customer service! Took an old build a bear in from when I was a kid and they got the sound and heartbeat fixed up so my son could enjoy it!

Normally I do go this far in a review, but I'm blown away. I left and wanted to cry, my daughter was so happy with what happen.

Alex you're an amazing woman.

The lady Alex, wow. She blew me out the water on the patients she had with my autistic daughter. She had they rub the heart on there chest, then their hips, hug the bear to make sure if was soft enough. She gets a rank of 110. Best experience I've ever had in a build a bear work shop, as well as for my kids.

Alex is now our official build a bear lady go to person. She is a perfect representative of what build a bear is and should be. With what she has to offer she should be teaching others to do. Build a bear needs to get her to write down and give this lady a permanent place. I'm just blown away.
