Bunz handcrafted burgers, San Antonio TX

Cool spot, like the variety of burgers. The Bombardier fries are awesome. Have to go back and try the milkshakes out because they have some that look pretty tasty.

Oh. Emm. Gee. This place was absolutely amazing! Fresh, delicious, and friendly service. Any time I'm in San Antonio I'm making a point to stop by.

I love coming to Bunz. Everything taste amazing! I love their cute fries and their burgers are huge! Don’t forget to include your add on’s like bacon and avocado! Their milkshakes are so good too! They didn’t taste like those frozen premade ones. I could really taste the vanilla, and it was so smooth!

The place is dirty. Half eaten food left at many tables. Other tables filled with residue from the last diner. Hamburgers were greasy and not cooked as ordered.

Ain't nothing better than this spot right here. Straight up, walking into flavor town in this burger joint. 20/10 just over the charts.

Best Burger in San Antonio? Totally agree, damn this food was amazing tasting, ordered the bunzilla (sorry no onions on mine) and the Bunzai burger! With a side of bombarder fries, ricotta cheese on fries.simply epic tasting. Give your tastebuds ultimate happiness, an eat at this place!

The Burger was Hands Down THE BEST BURGER I have had to date.and the fries were like no other fries I have had before and I loved them.

Not impressed. Ordered bombardier fries no sour cream. After nearly 30 minutes of no food, they forgot my order then smothered it in sour cream. Ugh! Got a new order to go. It was good but I have had better for less $$$

Great burger! It appears they make their own buns. So much effort goes into this burger and it shows. The fries are great too.

Group of 4 got 4 different burgers and while they were ok none of our bunz held up throughout the meal: they were literally falling apart while eating, which made it difficult and messy to finish the burgers.kind of ironic to call themselves bunz when the worst part of the dining experience was in fact the bunz >_<
we spent ~$80 for an overall mediocre meal (4 burgers, 4 drinks, 2 fries)

Hours show until 9PM the are closed and it was 7: 50. Not cool post you real hours of operation.

We ate here on the recommendation of others and the hype is right! This is a great burger, cooked to the perfect temperature. The toppings were also great; bacon that’s still crispy, roasted jalapeños, chipotle mayo, crispy, yet fluffy fries. Go here. You won’t regret it. (Plus, if you’re traveling on a per diem, it won’t break the bank.)

I asked the gentleman at the counter if they could make a plain cheeseburger even tho it wasn't on the menu, and he said yes. I was glad as my daughter likes it that way. My wife got the Ocean Bunz (shrimp burger) and it was super delicious. I got summer fries (chili cheese) and they were bomb! We stayed at the Embassy Suites, right across the street and I'm from Houston, but when I'm back in SA, I'll definitively come back here.

What a great spot! Everything we had was awesome. I got the Cowbunz burger and my wife got the Mercedez. Both came out in short time for something scratch made. Each ingredient was of high quality from the butter grilled bun to the onion ring topping on my burger. And don’t get me started about the fries! They’re like a fry/potato chip hybrid in the best way. We will definitely be coming back.

Very good burgers, very good fries, very good everything! Before we even walked in, customers walking out said “This place is really good! ” Which was very exciting to hear and certainly exceeded expectations! Excellent service as well, 10/10 recommend?
