I never came here when they were in Greenway plaza. The restaurant was packed for Saturday lunch, and the line moves very slow. We waited in line for about 30 minutes before even ordering. After ordering we waited about another 20 minutes to get our food.

Despite the long wait times, the service here is impeccable. Diane, the owner, took our order. She was very thorough and so friendly and personable. There was a small wait to get a table but as soon as someone got up to leave, the tables were cleaned immediately. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very quaint and clean. There is writing on the walls and they have coloring pages that you can hang on the walls.

The green tea shake was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet and hit the spot. The burgers are pretty good but I’ve had better. The beef is cooked more than I would like but the variety of toppings add flavor to the burger. I liked the brioche bun the best. Overall, this is a good burger place l, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the wait.

They serve quality, tasty food in good portions, and provide excellent customer service - Diane is great! I only wish that they would add American cheese as a menu option, and extend operating hours. Otherwise, would give 10 stars if I could.

Gourmet burgers, family owned, made to order. Very popular with lines exceeding 30+min frequently. I appreciate the efficient clarity of the ordering process. The owners are hands on taking and expediting orders. Once you get to the cashier, you're greeted with the very friendly and personable wife who reviews your order and makes small talk to pace out the kitchen and dining area. After you order, you may have to wait a short while, but by the time you get your drink, sit and settle your food arrives shortly after as the tables turn quickly. People devour the tasty creation that they custom create. The burgers are well executed and crafted well. The prices are inline with other elevated burger places. The parking can get a little tricky but there are a lot of stalls.

Food is good but service is ridiculously slow. Gave them a second chance but won’t be back again

Great burgers, the idea is interesting in that you select what you want in it from an easy to fill form. I will definitely return.

Great food great service. The dining area is a bit on the small side. Highly recommend a double with 2oz patties and some spam. So good. The sambal mayo is amazing. Can't go wrong with Taro chips. If only they could be open later than 3pm.

I got the brioche bun loaded up with a juice-zzzzzz burger, taters, cheese curds, sesame milk shake. I only came with the intention of getting a burger. But the glutton in me could not resist and I giggled inside with glee with each cheese curd going down my throat washed down the milk shake. I love how everything burgerchan does is quality. Every single menu is legit so good. Shout out to the owners who do an amazing job.

Amazing! Loved this place & their food was delicious. The service was great too. You can go in and create your own burger and they’ll offer suggestions if you want. It’s a cafeteria vibe so nothing fancy but loved it and will definitely go back

This is one of the best grilled chicken burgers I've had. And the Vietnamese coffee milkshake is awesome.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a good burger. It isn’t like your regular burger spot with the same ol patty and cheese. They have multiple toppings and add-on’s to customize your burger just how you like it!
I walked in and placed a big togo order and the lady who was working the front was so sweet and patient going through each customized burger. The rest of the team was great and quick to fill that order, even offered assistance to help carry the order to my car. If you’re looking for a good burger, amazing service and good vibes this is for sure the spot!

Arrived with 11 family members and the staff was very helpful and quick with the food. Burger tasted great and would definitely come back for more!

We came here for the bowl game and loved the atmosphere and the food was amazing! The way they do the orders is really neat with clip boards and you choose.

The atmosphere suited the decor nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and plan to be back to try everything on the menu. It was one of the best burgers I ever had, and the taro root chips went well with it.

Used this spot for the printing service only, and the staff was friendly. It seemed like a cool vibe, but I didn't order anything!

Love Burger Chan! The food and service are consistently amazing and it is evident the owners take pride in their business. I keep coming back for the fish sandwich, I can't stay away!
