Good place, good people. Most are friendly. There are some that catch an attitude. But most regular employees are cool!

They were not accepting credit card today because of system issues. Been having issues on and off for weeks now.

Great food, great service, friendly staff, and safe/clean dining room. My favorite Burger King in Austin!

Radio & Tv ads saying dining rooms now open. Doors still locked. Husband at work stopped at a store on Wells Branch needing to use restroom and doors locked. He has since clear your app from phone.

No stars! Had me pull up and wait 10-15min for 6 orders of the 8 piece nuggets. Told them to refund my money horrible customer service

Not at all friendly, people are very petty. Food is never that good and managers don't care for issues

Customer service just isn't the same anymore. More rude every time. I will stay away from the fast food services on the Northeast side of Montopolis. Burger King & Popeyes #ZeroCustomerService

Do not use the mobile app to buy anything from this place. They will rob you. They took my money, didn’t get my food, and now I can’t get a refund. What kind of fast food establishment doesn’t offer a refund when they can’t provide the food? Never had to file a chargeback over a fast food.

I ordered online for the first time at this location to get a delivery & the order was wrong! I ordered *two* of everything & they forgot a drink BUT had 2 straws. -_- Will NOT be ordering online through that location anymore. I tried to call them to let them know & they didn't speak English very well AT ALL and they had me on hold FOREVER!
Rating = 2 thumbs way down!

Evrything was good the lady inside took our order right we got all our food. And the inside was clean and comfortable inside.just outside i kn9w its not ur fault but the guys outside were being obnoxiuos and staring and trying t9 start fight and i like to go to places where drama wont happened.but other than that everything was s9 delicious.thanks

The muthafkn food is horrible I had the chicken sandwich cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken was obviously old stale and hard.and didn’t receive my Receipt. YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!

The chicken nuggets were good. The Whoppers would have been better if they hadn't been so generous with the mayo and ketchup. That's all you could taste. Was so disappointed.

Used the mobile app for the first time and got totally scammed by this company. They took my money but I never got my order because they closed early. Now I’m trying to get a refund and everybody is saying they can’t help me. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel or request a refund. The customer service department said they can’t help with a refund. And I called the store location this morning and was also told they can’t help me with a refund. Why do you take customer’s money so easily but refuse to give them a refund? DO NOT USE THE BURGER KING APP. You will get scammed!

Never open seem to be making up there own hours of operation I went there at 3: 45 on s Saturday they were closed.the other Burger King on Guadalupe close down

The service, barely medium. The food which appeared to have been sitting there for hours, was disgusting! And the play area (took my grandson), was Closed and it was around 6: 00 p.m!

Food is good, restaurant is clean, but they could use another cashier. Christopher did a great job with all the traffic in line
