17Pretty sure it was a deaf guy working the drive-thru. Repeated my order 6 times and it was still wrong. Had to sit for 20 minutes while they remade it. Skip this location, go to one with employees that know what they are doing.
The only reason I visited Burger King is because Whataburger was packed with people (I wonder why?) Burger King burgers are soaked with mayo to the point that the bun falls apart. Where's the beef? It's in the pool of mayo trying to keep it's head above water. The fries are not worth your time and hard earned money. They have this bitter after taste that you're either going to throw away or force feed yourself. Sorry BK but your QC guy doesn't seem to care what the customer is being served. The only thing you can count on at our local BK's is consistantly bad food. Sorry, but I get to complain since I paid for the darn meal.

Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the staff is friendly. Otherwise it's UNDERSTAFFED and DIRTY. Management couldn't care less, half of it is closed because it's dirty.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I WENT IN THERE WOTH A COUPON AND WHEN I PAYED WITH MY CARD THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER TELLS ME MY CARD FAILED AND THEN TURNS BACK TO YELL THAT I ONLY HAD 75 cents AND LAUGHS WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN I GO BACK TO MAKE A DIFFERENT ORDER AFTER PUTTING MONEY IN MY CARD I ORDER A 10 peace CHICKEN NUGGETS AND I ONLY GOT 8 AND I DONT EVEN GET A RECIPT TO GO BACK AND COMPLAIN I TRIED CALLING BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE
This particular BK has never been my favorite. The cashiers have attitude and don't hold each other accountable for their mistakes. I ordered a burger with a jalapeño on the side and extra pickles. All I was told when I got my food was "they didn't charge you for the jalapeño". They didn't give me the extra pickles until I asked for them again. Didn't apologize and didn't offer to sell the jalapeño to me at all! Not going there again.

Good place if you want to grab Icee with a few friends and hang out. Icee is usually cheaper than the small drink. Free refills too.
I told them not to put onions and they did like always, but to top it off the burger smelt like dead animal, and the old lady has the gutts to give some lip as my sister took it back inside poooorr service on 10th street. And I love Burger King!
I went thru the drive thru. The person on the intercom was polite. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I did not get a receipt for my order which slipped my mind unfortunately. The bad part is they gave me the wrong food that looks greasy and as if someone just smeared a bunch of mustard all over this mess. The bacon was also missing. I didn't see my food until I got home. Mind you I live in a different town so I didn't bother to go back to return or exchange this burger.

WORST WORST WORST WORST BURGER KING THERE IS BACK THEN THIS BURGER KING USED TO BE VERY GOOD AND DELICIOUS AND NOW THE BURGERS ARE REALLY BURNED YOU CAN ACTUALLY TASTE CHARCOAL THE CHICKEN FINGERS ARE DRY AND THE FRIES ARE REALLY BURNED AND DARK BROWN I CALLED AND A ASSISTANT MANAGER PICKED UP HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I TOLD HIM THAT THE ALL THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND HE SAID FOR ME TO BRING THE FOOD TOMORROW MORNING I TOLD HIM IT WAS RIDICULOUS I'M NOT GOING TO SAVE HORRIBLE FOOD IN MY FRIDGE I EVEN TOLD HIM NOT EVEN MCDONALD'S DOES THIS THE ALWAYS MAKE YOU FRESH FRIES OR FOOD AND IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED THEY GIVE YOU BACK THE MONEY I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS ASSISTANT MANAGER TOLD ME TO SAVE MY FOOD OR TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND HE SAID THERE'S NOTHING THAT I CAN DO ABOUT IT I TOLD HIM WHO ELSE CAN I talked to he said call corporate and complain but I told him corporate WILL NOT give ME my money back and this is the very last time THAT I'm going to this Burger King this is why I stopped going but I thought hey give it another try and I will not recommend EVER AGAIN
We had a very bad (horrible) experience today @ this Burger King. We have always loved your burgers & especially your French fries. We went in a with a big eagerness of eating your food & very hungry. But- the cashier that supposedly took our order if you can say she did, did NOT do a good job. She was maybe halfway there. She was halfway staring out into space, totally not there. I repeated our order @ least 3 times, telling her that on our 2nd order of the 2 burgers for $6.00, not to put onions. I asked her, " Did you hear me, no onions on the 2nd order. " Excuse me, did you hear me? She finally said, " oh, sorry, no onions, ok". After we had ordered & paid for our order, I told her that I changed my mind & told her that I would like a large order of fries. Again I had to repeat my order. There was another employee near the drink section, I asked her if she was a manager or supervisor. She said, " Yes". I told her that I needed to talk to her about something. She said, " Ok, I'll be with you in a minute. " That minute never came. I told my husband this is ridiculous. I went over & waited until I thought she could spare a minute. I told her, " Did you forget that I needed to talk to you. " She said, no ma'am I'll be with you after making this order (this is after making at least 5 other orders.) We waited at least 30 minutes or more for our order, part of our order was for my son to eat before going to work. He barely made it to work without even eating his supper. I told my husband, " let's leave, it seems like here everybody totally ignores us, nobody seems to care about us. " Nobody tried to stop us from leaving or tried talking to us. We had never had such a bad service before.
They know how to make the Whopper right got my special order right every time I've gone there what a nice feeling for a customer
Went through drive thru to place an order. I asked the lady if she can substitute a coffee for an orange juice. I had to tell her TWO times and when I pulled up, she gave me something completely different. When I told her what I had asked for, she asked me “didn’t you want unsweet tea. ” I told her no and she had the nerve to shake her head at me and close the window. She didn’t even give me a receipt so lucky for her and that store, I can’t do a survey on my experience.
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich on the way to work.got no egg and cheese.tried to call and complain and the call does not go through
