Burger King, San Benito TX

Got otder wrong went ti ro replace it only to bet it wrong again. They tried to fix it but was wrong again so ill be going back tomorrow. Smh

Awful just Awful, they screw up your order at the drive thru, when you come back to have it corrected: if you don't have a mask they will throw you out (and not fix your order). I respect a
business' right to require a mask, however since Texas is a 100% open state, masks are no longer mandatory. The business requiring the use of masks should provide them. H E B will offer you a mask without requiring you to wear one. Pretty simple really. BK

Drive thru service was excellent. The order was made exactly how placed. Love the flame broiled flavor. Next time I'll try it without the veggies for more flame broiled enhancement.

I will never recommend this place the manager and the large worker girl was very very rude they didn't feel like cups up with the soda they forgot to give us are straws made in for cheese on a burger and they were very rude when we came back to get our things that we need to get the first time and I will never ever ever recommended place these people are rude and she's not be in business like that because they are very very unprofessional

My order was incomplete. When I got home noticed only half of the family ate. That wasn't good.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a few things.when I got home my spicy chicken sandwich was dark and hard as a rock. I understand if they were busy but I was the only car in the drive thru. Not cool that I purchased food that had to go straight into the trash

Not really touchless and girl scratched her ear right in front of me. We didn't get napkins with the order. Used to be pretty good, not sure what happened.

What to the lettuce on the original chicken sandwich, I got them with small piece on there and then the second lady shoved the bin at me, I asked her nicely to stop shoving it at me

Really really bad service, the manager kelly was rude to me and closed the window on my face, I ordered online at 9: 30 and they closed at 10 when I went to go pick up my order she said they couldn’t do my order because they were closed already, but yet they got the money out from my bank when I asked for my refund she said she couldn’t give me a refund. I am so mad and dissatisfied with the way she treated me I really hope someone does something about this.

There was no ice in the ice machine, no napkins on the napkin dispenser, it was very dirty oh, and they were short of Staff it took forever to get food

Dirty.great amount of water, food and grease by the soda machine floor area.i wonder if the kitchen is keep clean

My order was given to me very quick and hot, loved the fact that they got it right the first time. Staff was very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful upon arriving made me feel very welcome. Dining area was very clean soda fountain was also clean, condiments well stocked and ketchup dispenser was clean and fresh. Over all great experience.

Slow service! Only 1 other customer inside and still took ten min for sausage biscuits.late to work

False advertisement! They say on pamphlets luch for breakfast but when you do go at 0730 hours.they give the lame excuse "oh sorry we are cleaning the grill"

YOU NEED TO READ THIS! I had to stop visiting the San Benito BK! They are horrible! I've lost count of times I had to drive back to get missing nuggets, fries, burgers, you name it! The worst part is the cheating, first time I didn't get a receipt I asked for it, I checked it and had a charge for $1 and change! Second time again, no receipt so I asked for it, and sure enough, I was overcharged $6.58! I now drive to the Harlingen BK!

Great customer service. Don't have problems. Anything I need they give. Food is great. Restaurant very clean

Crate of bread and stuff was on the floor in the distance behind the counter. Place is too damn cold. Takes long to get your order. Even though they had more than 5 employees they still seemed to fall behind. Not worth using the coupons here. Plus the ketchup is hidden behind the counter so you have to keep freaking asking for more.
