Burger King, Royse City TX

Went here on a Wednesday for lunch and dinner at the wait time was a bit long (approximately 10 mins). I suspect the wait time is because Wednesdays is when BK does their $1 Whopper promotion, admittedly that's the reason i went that day. Also i think they are understaffed (i counted 4 empIoyees). I placed 2 mobile orders before heading out and i still had to wait 10 mins. The teller only received one of my orders. I showed my receipt i showed the money left my account but he and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I was rather annoyed seeing as the order they had was a $9 order and the order they couldnt find was a $2 order, i didnt think it would be so hard to just fulfill that order. The staff were apologetic and inwas able to get a refund on the app for that lost order.

Food: i trued their Smokehouse burger and it was wack, i went all out on it, i got the double patty option and everything. The best Burger Burger King can make is not at all worth it for the price. Seriously if your paying more than $4 for a burger at BK just walk down the road to Whataburger. BK chicken is weird to me even if it is 8 pieces for a dollar.

I liked the Hershey pies though. But i doubt i will be coming back here for lunch or dinner unless its for a $1 Whopper. The breakfast menu is nice.

Husband and I went for lunch today. The girl at the register rang it up wrong the first time. I wanted the 2 for 6 whoppers, med fries, small drink. She charged for 2 regular whoppers, med fries, small drink. It came to 14.14. Went back to her and she rerang my order and now it came to 11.13. She put in that it was a credit card but I paid cash for my order. She could not figure out the difference was 3.01. I actually felt bad for her. Maybe they need to train them. The mgr also was not able to figure out the 3.01 so I told them. Very unhappy with them

Didn't like having to listen to both a TV and music playing from speakers at same time, but the new plant based impossible Whopper really impressed me. Tasted great. Will definitely buy again!

Whole order was messed up. Paid for 2 double cheeseburger and ended up with 2 regular cheeseburgers. Then the drive thru guy was rude on telling me not to pull up to the other window to get food.felt violated on all levels.

Got a carry out, ordered my burger with no tomato and when I got home my burger had tomato and No Meat. After I get a replacement meal comped. I will never return to the burger king in royse city.

Sat for over 15 mins in drive-thru trapped. It took them forever to take anyone's order in first place. Then after orders were taken none of the cars could move because nobody was giving food to the first car in line. Food was cold and then found out they didn't even give me any napkins in my bag after I left. I will not be returning.

So clean & not crowded at all. Plenty of parking space, wonderful proactive staff, hot and fresh food. Upselling by cashiers was nice - no one really makes the effort to give customers an enjoyable meal anymore but this location did. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning in the near future.

Order was wrong through drive through. Correct on receipt but did not get in the bag correctly. $. 50 for a small glass of water. Quite a bit of an upcharge for a paper cup. Not worth my time to visit again

This is still a pretty good burger but they always get something wrong with the order. Just be prepared to check your order before you leave, otherwise it's still good.

Love the food but have to say keeping the outside lights off is not smart. Not only are they losing revenue but it makes it seem they don't actually care for the business. Then again the guy leaning against the drive thru window yawning makes me think they have the lights off purposely.

Nice, big play area. Very clean for a Burger King! Food was really good and fresh. Fries were crisp and salty - perfection!

I'm not usually a Burger King fan because of inconsistent results. But this location is very nice. It's new and the folks working there are well trained so the food, so far, has been consistently good. My husband loves a good Whopper, and we have yet to have a negative experience.

Food is great and at a very good price. I ordered a $5.00 Whopper Box, had fries and small drink.
Was very good and I really enjoyed it.

This is the best Burger King I am aware of, always clean, always friendly and always pretty quick. That is saying a lot for Royse City, which overall has terrible restaurants when judged by the aforementioned.

Always good food even though they take the cheap way out only grilling one side and using a microwave on the product.

The girl at the drive thru tonight, is the rudest person I ever encountered. Sorry you have to clean, girl. I'll never eat at another Burger King anywhere.

This place is truly pathetic. It took 23 minutes for 4 burgers & a small fry. All the burgers were wrong, no fries, one of the burgers was old and so hard that there’s no way this was made today (it would’ve put a hole in my wall had I thrown it), another burger was just plain cold. They can’t even handle a simple order. I paid $15+ for half of a messed up order; I completely lost my appetite. This restaurant is full of idiots.
